*Women Please Be Cautious At This Location*…read more This place is absolutely horrendous. The premises are dirty, grimy, and completely disorganized. Appliances have visible grime and old residue on them, and the overall condition of the place is appalling. It does not give the impression of a clean or professionally maintained business. The atmosphere is just as unpleasant. The interactions I experienced were unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncomfortable. As a woman, I did not feel welcome in this environment. Women, especially those visiting alone, should use their judgment before going here. Customers deserve basic respect and a business environment where they feel comfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

USE EXTREME CAUTION!!!!!!…read more Purchased a refrigerator in late August of 2022 and the refrigerator is completely broken now. Just 5 months later. This company definitely sold me a bad refrigerator or it was damaged in transit to me. The owner or employee (whatever he is) Germaine is very unprofessional. Tried to sale me another broken refrigerator for $200 and that was not acceptable to me. There is absolutely nothing me or my 5 year old daughter could have done to make a refrigerator completely malfunction. It was broken when it was sold to me. They told me my power could have went out, but that is not what caused the refrigerator issue. The DTE Repair Tech stated the compressor is bad and 9 times out of 10 it is due to the refrigerator being laid down during transit to my home. My power has never surged in the last 5 months. I would know because I work from home. Overall HORRIBLE experience. I always try and support small businesses, especially when they are black owned. This just left a bad taste in my mouth. I HIGHLY recommend having someone inspect your refrigerator, if you are going to purchase from them. They sold this to a young black single mom and now I can barely feed my child due to not having a refrigerator, YET AGAIN. I think the company knew it was broken and sold it anyway because I am a female and we are mostly taken advantage of when it comes to this type of stuff. BEWARE!

They also cleaned an area in my refrigerator where frozen fruit has spilled and just made a huge mess in the freezer. They cleaned it up for me and didn't leave a mess anywhere. If I need any appliances repaired anytime in the future I will call snappy Appliance Repair. I also gave their information to family members so that they will call the right company when they need repair on any of their appliances. I thought the price was fair and it was easy to pay them as they didn't require a check or cash and just made it simple for me to be able to pay them using cash app or Zell or PayPal. Thank you so much guys and again if I need Appliance Repair I will be calling you This review is from Susan G

It is rare to find technicians that are honest and reliable and won't squeeze every penny out of you. Randy is extremely honest, does a thorough job, works fast and he is also so polite. He made sure to wear shoe covers in my house and then apologized that he got water on my floor. Such a great worker! Also, each time I had a problem, they were able to come out the next morning. I am shocked to see such low ratings. I highly recommend American-Dix the next time you have an appliance break. Request Randy and you won't be disappointed!

An open letter to American Dix Appliance Service…read more Yesterday one of your employees came to my home to repair my dryer and my refrigerator.  For the second time this employee made comments about overloading the dryer, which we do not do, when the part he installed 3 weeks prior failed. And then pulled out the refrigerator an proclaimed in front of my 78 yo mother and my kids that it was "filthy"! First of all shame on you, you have no idea what people are going through.  I cleaned the back of the refrigerator 6 months ago and if it was "filthy" as you say that means when you were out prior to this visit you didn't do your job of looking for the problem on the backside of the refrigerator. Secondly let me inform you, actually I told you last month when the dryer had the same problem my husband had a debilitating disease and I had been taking care of him and apologized the house wasn't up to par. And I also made mention my husband passed mid June. What you don't know about is the debilitating depression and anxiety I've been thru watching my husband die a slow death. Being afraid to run the vacuum for fear of not hearing him call out. Just tossing things in another room so no one else suspects your having depression and anxiety because God knows you can't look like you don't have it together. Feeling the guilt of not having a clean house and apologizing to every person that walks into you space. I would rather buy a new appliance then have you step foot back in my "Filthy" home. Thank you for reminding me people in the world are still assholes!

Anyways, everything is pretty dope, not a lot of selections to choose from, but still is a good bargain price. Didn't really find anything we fancied so we dipped. Why the one star? It's because the employees seem to not care about their patrons. We walked in and none of them even seemed to fix their masks in front of their customers. Not a care in the world, that's referring to every one I saw working the floor that day. All of them with their face masks under their chinni-chin-chin. Just exercising their "FREEDOM" to possibly infect my enclosed space with their lung droplets. This is disgusting,, I never want to get the Corona virus again. But obviously these employees don't care. I'd definitely stay away from this place if you're at high risk. Remember, Jesus does not like liars. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!

I never received any confirmation, follow-up call, or appointment details despite reaching out again.
