Here is how my experience went: My 40 year old washer/dryer finally bit the dust. So I wandered into Standard TV and appliance. They had a wonderful selection. Lots of different brands, sizes and styles including the new-fangled washer/dryers that do the whole deal from a single tub. They let me poke around until I started to re-view machines I'd already seen. Then a sales dude wandered over and asked if he could help me. His name was Jeff Webber. And he was awesome. the thing I loved about Jeff is that he knew a lot and wasn't shy to teach me how all the stuff worked, what was available, and what I could put together to *create* a stacked washer/dryer out of a side-by-side-designed set up. Most interesting was listening to him describe the all-in-one washers dryers...I didn't end up getting one of those, but i might in the future, and if i do it will be partly because of this experience with Jeff @ Standard. He told me I could have the machines on Wednesday. But I wanted it "now." and he promised he would try really hard to move my delivery to the top of the list. You know what? I've heard this kind of thing before...then you hang up, and it never happens, amiright? BUT IT DID HAPPEN. He got me bumped to the top of the list, and I got my machines the next day!! THANK U JEFF!!! Then? We have the delivery dudes. and they were also just great! they were careful in my home, they set the system up perfectly. and they were friendly, too. total win!

I've called everyday for a call back. No response. Don't get ripped off by thinking this the old Garys vacuflo. Far from it.

This was not the case with AAA appliances. After reading the other reviews it seems like they are one of the more expensive companies around.
