Husband noticed our washing machine had a slightly smoky smell while in us. We called our usual…read moreappliance repair shop but they said they don't work on our brand of appliance, so we started looking for one that does. I was a little skeptical with all the five star ratings but we gave Zee a call. They sent Zeke out and he took the top off the machine and started running it. He noticed right away that one of the valves was leaking. He checked the rest of the machine and said it was in good shape otherwise and the valve could cause the odor Rich noticed. He looked up the replacement part cost and gave us an estimate with installment. The machine is old but the repair cost was reasonable and with assurances from Zeke that he didn't see any other problems we went ahead and booked the repair. A few days later the part arrived and Zeke came back out and installed it. Very good service, Zeke was courteous and efficient. We may have a new go-to appliance repair service.

We called…read moreabout repairs to our 13-year-old Sub-Zero refrigerator and our out-of-warranty LG stacking washer and dryer, and they were able to come to our home the very same day. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The company did a terrific job communicating with us by text, and the technicians arrived exactly when they said they would. They were pleasant, polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. What we especially appreciated was the time they took to show us exactly what was wrong with each appliance and explain the appropriate repair. We never felt pressured into unnecessary work. Their recommendations were practical and straightforward, and the final cost was extremely reasonable. We appreciated their fair pricing every bit as much as their skill and expertise. It is such a relief to know that if another appliance needs attention, we now have a capable, trustworthy, and reputable company to call. Rapid Fix has absolutely earned our future business. Five stars and our highest recommendation!

Sometimes it would agitate and sometimes it would just fill up and drain back out. I ran the diagnostics on the washing machine via YouTube and when he arrived I showed the technician the pictures/video of the lights flashing on my machine after running the YouTube diagnosis. Long story short the man was nice but as far as technical knowledge...not a good first experience. Reviews speak volumes though because after the bad review they contacted me to make things right. The new technician that came, Abdul, was also very nice. Cross my fingers, I believe he fixed the problem. I am very happy they sent Abdul to come make things right after my bad first experience. Nice people, I hope things work well for their business.

Worth calling(!)…read more What can I say, the refrigerator kinda went out. It was 'working' but not quite working--you know... I already had a refrigerator replacement scheduled but reconsidered because a) this baby's been reliable since 1999(!), and b) today's appliances are made to last only half as long. At best. Rapid Fix was among the first who reached out. We scheduled a visit, a guy showed up and figured out what parts to order. Paid for the parts upfront, once they arrived another appointment was scheduled the following Monday. They were swamped on Monday but the tech lived close by, so they showed up in the afternoon anyway and had it all fixed up. The total cost (parts + labor) was around $550, which was much better than getting a new refrigerator. I'm happy with that, especially since I don't believe that newer is always 'better'. Thanks!

Our second great contractor in a week (Cook Electric being the other). In an age where a lot of people would just throw up their hands, say it can't be fixed, and charge an arm and a leg, Dan was a great find. I can't say enough good things about him or his company.
