We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

We ordered a gas dryer from them. ...and we had very specific size restrictions. They had a couple of options and we had to backorder the one we wanted. Having said that, the moment it came in, they arranged to deliver it and have a gas installer come and hook it up. We had been without a dryer for about 6 weeks, and they really ensured they delivered it before Christmas. Great service. PS We also got the dryer at a great price and for a small fee (btw all charge something for this), they took our old one away. Check these guys out -- you won't be disappointed. BTW - a big shout out for Shelley - who took care of our order, and Tony who made sure it was delivered and hooked up the same day!

That date came and went with no delivery and no notification that it would be delayed. I called to reschedule delivery for April 23, 6-9pm. That time also came and went with no delivery and no one calling me to notify me that it would be delayed. I have now spoken to approximately 10 different people from Teletime and no one will take responsibility for this issue or ensure it is handled. I will avoid purchasing anything from Teletime ever again. They are simply awful. "Prince" is the salesperson I spoke with. He is not trustworthy.

However, my decision was going to be made sheering on price and maybe some online reviews. It was an overwhelming process. A friend recommended I check this place out, so I did. After doing a once-over the sections of interest, James approached me and helped me out! I told him my purpose and he was able to provide some educated recommendations on specific brands/makes/models. He printed out those specs and provided me with some pricing. At first, I was skeptical, assuming that Geoman's was going to be overpriced in comparison to the Big Box Stores. However, after I came home, I jumped on various websites and Geoman's came in much lower in EVERYTHING! I found out that they also charge a flat-rate for delivery. And they do provide installation, at an extra charge, if you need it! Now try getting answers if you call Best Buy/Home Depot! Shopping for appliances here was made much easier as I'm not just buying the cheapest item in-store.

Reality: they don't. I showed the salesperson Goman's own website listing the model for $1,999. Instead of honoring it, he claimed it was an "old model," pushed a pricier one, and said mine "might not be in stock." Only when I was about to leave did he check--and suddenly there was a shipment coming. When he finally started the order, he quoted $2,100. I showed him the exact Goman web page again. He said he "couldn't find it," and I literally had to guide him through their own website. After talking to the manager, he agreed to match the $1,999. Then I showed him Home Depot's $1,895 price. His response: "Grab it." Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Told the manager. He brushed it off as a "wrong model" mistake--completely false, since the salesperson had already confirmed the correct model. Manager said they'd match Home Depot, but wanted $199 + tax for delivery/removal, which Home Depot includes. I walked out and bought it at Home Depot. Misleading price-match promise, evasive behaviour, and disrespectful service. Definitely not going back.
