Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

Please note that they do give a discount for - first time clients, repeat clients and seniors. There are coupons on their website. You do need to mention the coupon when booking the call. Please note that we did call around and their service fees are very competitive. If you book them, you will receive a text or email confirmation with a 4 hour window noted. Once you pay, you will receive your invoice electronically and they will ask you to rate the service. It made it so easy to work with them. Very professional. I will say that our of the other services I called to ask for service only 1 other replied. 2 others did not even give me the courtesy of a reply. Totally recommend this company!

We ordered a gas dryer from them. ...and we had very specific size restrictions. They had a couple of options and we had to backorder the one we wanted. Having said that, the moment it came in, they arranged to deliver it and have a gas installer come and hook it up. We had been without a dryer for about 6 weeks, and they really ensured they delivered it before Christmas. Great service. PS We also got the dryer at a great price and for a small fee (btw all charge something for this), they took our old one away. Check these guys out -- you won't be disappointed. We were in the market for all new appliances for our new home. We went to three different specialty…read moreappliance stores and were extremely disappointed with either their indifference when we walked in to when a sales rep is clearly pressuring us to make a purchase right away and the other suggesting a completely different set of appliances that we didn't need. As soon as we walked we were greeted. The store GM attended to us as all were busy. He went through our needs and what we wanted and left the decision to us giving us pros and cons for each of the appliances and brands. No pressure. We told him that we would make a decision and come back. No pressure that the deal is for today BS. He promised us he would send us the specs for the appliances so that we can start passing the specs to the kitchen designer for perfect fits. He did what he promised. Next week we came and closed the deal. The pricing he did for us was very satisfying to us. When we close a deal we want to feel that we can rely on him. It was refreshing to deal where the reps are working to what you need and not how much commission they can earn on a deal. I would recommend to go here for all your major appliance purchases and even the high-end luxury brands such as Sub Zero, Thermador, Fisher Paykel and also the regular brands as they vary just about every brand and budget.
