He told me there was something mechanical/electrical wrong with it and he couldn't get it to charge which is why he never called me back. He told me to come down and pick up the machine. I went down and he once again reiterated that he couldn't get it to charge, and would I like to buy one in the store. I said no thank you and left. I went home and put the Roomba in the charger, guess what it's charging and working. All I wanted was for him to look it over, tighten things up and clean it but he considered it a lost cause.
