And we do a lot of wash in this family. You sell the windows I pay for. Then take almost 2 months to deliver and bring the wrong size. I was asked to be available for over 6 different days and took time off work for Lowe's to never come. Amd their final answer is we will talk to the store so this doesn't happen again. It should have never happened that way to begin with. I have never seen a company not even sorry for the headaches they cause. poor poor poor customer service. Lowes if it wasn't for customers you would go out of business. Please do better.
