When the tech got to the house, he said there would be an additional charge for over a fireplace & removing and replacing the tv. keep in mind I explained exactly where the tv was & what needed to be done on the phone with the scheduling person. The tech said it would now be $217. We went ahead & had the tv mount moved. The tech was very nice & did a good job. When I checked my credit card, the total fees were $236.99. I called and after speaking to several people was told that it was a monthly $19.99 ( not 1 time like I was originally told) and that since it was brick over the fireplace it was an additional $79. I said cancel the membership. In all they charged $326.99. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! It's a bait & switch scheme.
