Lastly, the hvac estimate included equipment used for ductless systems, which should have been provided separately with a ductless installation estimate. This appears to be poorly assembled items and expenses meant for customers who lack understanding and knowledge of what constitutes a. HVAC while showing the contractor's lacking knowledge of ductless systems. Lastly, moments after the gentleman left, I got a call from a scheduler asking if I wanted to schedule a visit for 1st quality choice HVAC. Something's amiss.

I communicated the sale of my house was pending this maintenance, but it didn't matter. The woman in the office was extremely difficult to communicate with. I agree that individuals that have broken units need to be serviced, however I've learned that other companies are able to accomidate this demand without disrupting previously scheduled appointments. This company gave me the impression that they are not organized and do not plan as well as their competitors.

The dispatcher called to let me know they would be after lunch and the tech (Sammy) came shortly after 1p. He was very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He had tools and supplies on hand and quickly & methodically diagnosed and addressed our issues. He was also good at explaining what was going on as he went. At the end he created the invoice on a tablet system, took payment by credit card, emailed it right away. Our regular guy had not been able to work us in for several days so it was welcome relief to have them come out quickly and get us going. I can't say enough about them!

Originally called because air conditioner was not working. Determined the freon leak was inside and no fix. Only replace. Well, I thought the technician from Hill's (I guess he's sub-contracted to Quality Service) was being nice by Disabling the "cool" part of the heat pump, so I didn't damage anything in case the thermostat was accidentally set to "cool." WRONG!! Now my inside house fan runs constantly when you put it on "heat." I have to go to the thermostat and turn the unit off/on to get the fan to stop. This is Not Fair. It was Working, they fiddled with something and now the fan Does Not Turn OFF on it's own. They are even Refusing a Free Looksie without repairing. This is OUTRAGEOUS! DO NOT HIRE!!
