Alexei was super communicative, arrived right now time and got to work immediately. We ran into a small issue around the width of the door being about 1/2" too wide and walked through some options. He took his time and even made sure that the doors were more secure than they were previously by adding some longer screws. For example, we have a very active Malinois mix who frequently bounces off the screen door to be let in, scratching the existing Plexiglass. After considering heavy duty screening to prevent damage to the Plexiglass (vetoed because it would obstruct the view out), Roger came up with covering the existing Plexiglass with another sheet so it could be more easily replaced when we decide to sell the house. He replaced the door hinges, refinished all of the scratched wood & the screen door looks & works wonderfully. Roger is a bit OCD about the quality of his work & I'm very thankful that he is. My husband & I were both amazed at what Roger charged for the quality & amount of work he did. We will definitely be calling him when we need more work done!

One room is used as an office/library and the other is my art studio. In my studio, I needed a floor that could stand up to water and paint drips. So far, so good. We had a bit of a time constraint in the office/library. We were having an office desk/storage system custom built to fit the space and the floor had to be done before the installation. Jacob arrived early on a Monday and completed the two rooms by about lunchtime. He worked alone but quickly and efficiently. Both areas were cleaned up well too. We could tell when the job was finished that Jacob was a meticulous craftsperson and paid attention to all the details. The floors were beautiful and the installation exceeded our expectations. It's hard to add much else to all the other reviews, but I wanted to give a special thank you to Jacob for being willing to wear a mask while in our home. We have an immunocompromised person living here and it meant the world to us that in this time of "the pandemic is over," Jacob was willing to accommodate our request.
