It's Applebee's, a basic, consistent experience. This visit was all about the happy hour specials, which remain a great value. They if course have lots of fun, affordable drinks which wete good. The appetizers were (as always) excellent, the mozzarella sticks and wonton tacos were the highlights of our table. I should have just stuck to that, but I was feeling adventurous. I tried the French Dip (They call it the Prime Rib dipper, I think) for my entrée, and while the idea of using French Onion soup as a dipping liquid was interesting, the flavors were a bit flat for my taste. It's certainly not the worst meal I've had, but it could have been better. On the bright side, the service was great and the food came out quickly. The restaurant seemed clean and well organized. The service was good, and the restaurant itself was nice and clean. However, the food seems to have gone down in quality. I had the lemon Parmesan chicken with a baked potato and broccoli. The meat and broccoli tasted good but the potato was hard and cold. The butter wouldn't even melt and it didn't have any taste to it. Same for the Parmesan on the chicken, it was not melted at all. We visited on April 23, 2026 around 7pm. After being seated it took at least 10 minutes for anyone to take our drink orders. My wife ordered a diet Pepsi and water, I got a diet Pepsi. The waitress returned but only had 1 diet Pepsi and a water. I reminded her my wife wanted a diet Pepsi as well, she said she would get it. She took our orders, my wife got the tri platter and I got the 12oz Riley (ordered medium rare). The waitress finally brought the other diet Pepsi after another 10 minutes and she brought the trio platter. When my steak arrived it was cooked medium well (thin line of pink). No one ever came and checked to see how our meal was. We paid our tab on the table device and left. Very disappointed. read more

I haven't been to this Applebee's location in years. Stopped in last night with a friend because she wanted to have the margarita flight they offer. We got there around 9pm, which was perfect because that's when their late night happy hour started. We had already eaten a couple hours prior to coming here so we didn't want anything big or heavy and ordered all appetizers. It was pretty slow when we showed up and not very busy. Service was slow as well for not having many people there. Ours waitress was nice and friendly. She checked on us a couple times while we were eating. The chicken quesadilla and chicken wonton tacos are some of the things we like from here. We also got the pretzels with beer cheese, boneless wings and an order of fries. I had the passionfruit mai tai, which I enjoyed and my friend had the margarita flight. She was able to choose from a small selection of flavors and got the mango, peach, strawberry and passionfruit. She said it tasted like juice and she drank 3 out of 4. She felt that it was too sweet and didn't enjoy it. Not a bad dining experience and we will probably visit this location again. read more

Came here for my graduation dinner expecting a great meal. Safe to say, I was wrong. The Southwest Chicken Salad tasted like it had been sitting out since my freshman year, the rice was undercooked, and the guac tasted old and made me lose my appetite. My sister's steak was so tough you could hear her fork fighting for its life trying to cut it. Let's start with the service... SIERRAH is a fantastic server! Attentive and quick, she was a gem! The elders in the bar section were rowdy and loud lol so much that people all over the restaurant were looking. Someone was chocking on her food and the manager stepped in and performed the hymlick like an absolute BOSS! We were so disappointed in the quality of food tonight. Haven't been here in about a year, and it was extremely different than before. My husband's grilled cheese burger was undercooked and excessively smothered with BBQ sauce. His soup was tepid and had a strange flavor. My hot tea was served warm, and my lime chicken was disgusting. The gobs of melted cheese and tortilla strips over rubbery chicken were hard to eat, and the rice was dry and flavorless. This Applebee's locations is AWESOME! Tyler (the Manager) was so pleasant and accomodating. He set us up for a table for five, with great concern to access for our aging Mother, whose birthday we were celebrating. Even though it turned out three of our party did not show (Mom wasn't up to getting around that day),Tyler and his staff treated us like we were buying dinner for twelve! Al the while, Cierrah was very patient with us as our day slowly fell apart, keeping us hydrated with fresh coffee and tea. We ended up getting food to go for everyone, which Cierrah brought to us all wrapped up and ready to go, and Tyler even bought Mom's birthday lunch! I am an Uber Eats driver and both of my orders were on the table but it was 12:05, 5 minutes after midnight and you refused to let me in or walk out with the orders to me. I told one of my customers about it and they called you to try and convince you but no such luck. The policy is in place to protect your workers? A friend and I popped in here for drinks while waiting on a table at a neighboring restaurant. We sat at the bar and the bartender, Veronica (I'm near positive that was her name ) served us. My friend got a "Perfect Margarita" and I ended up getting an Irish Coffee. First off, both drinks were perfectly done, with the margarita being a gift that kept on giving (the mixer container was left at the table so there were multiple pours ready to go). But the real star of the show was the bartender! She was great to chat with, and hilariously apologized for checking in on us too much when she saw that we were drinking too slowly for people that came into an Applebee's and announced to multiple employees that we weren't eating! She even told us she wasn't offended that we were just killing time until our table was ready across the parking lot (and that we're not the only ones to do that). We were working on figuring out a second drink order when the text came in that our table was ready, so we had to take off before we could experience Manhattans. Sometimes you just want to go eat where you know exactly how it's going to be. We were met immediately by the manager who went immediately to clear an area for us. He was quickly replaced at the front by another young man who was eager to make sure we were being helped. When we sat our waitress was there immediately to take our drink order. Our food order was taken and was delivered efficiently, quickly and correctly. My son's bacon cheeseburger wasnt overcooked, the fries were fresh. My father's ribs were freshly made and juicy. (He said the sauce was a little too spicy for what he thought he ordered. But I think there was just a little transfer from another order.) My fajitas were delicious. My husband quickly devoured the beef taco salad. (He said there was a little too much sour cream but that's fine for me!) The only bad mark was my son's chicken finger di. Er. We come here very regularly and I would give it a five star. Why? Because it's Applebee's and when you go to Applebee's, you get what you expect. This Applebee's has never failed us and has always given us good food and service. During the Coronavirus lockdown, we decided to get Applebee's curbside a couple times now. Both times the employees have thanked us for our business and were very appreciative. My only complaint would be charging for ranch when you're ordering to go. Just came home from Applebee's which is one of our favorite places to get burgers and appetizers. We always get the bourbon burger with cheese and bacon. Well this was a bad experience they have a new burger that has bourbon and is loaded with mushrooms and onions. I asked what this is and she told me its the bourbon mushroom onion burger. It's fried in grease and the mushrooms and onions are saute in oil not butter. It literally was a gut bomb. My son that eats everything felt sick and couldn't finish his.
