We stopped here around 3:30 for a quick bite to eat. We were not greeted at the door but there was someone there she just looked at us and didn't say anything we informed her we would be sitting in the bar area. We sat down and still were not greeted. There was 2 bartenders behind the bar who made eye contact and they still did not greet us! They stood there talking and laughing with the people at the bar who appeared to be regulars. 2 employees walked by our table. One was carrying drinks and one just walked by neither one of them greeted us or even looked at us! It was almost 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. The waitress brought us menus and we asked for waters. When we ordered we were specific with our drink order (they were their special drink from the advertising on the table. We were so specific that we literally showed her the advertisement and said we will take 2 of these) and when a gentleman brought our drinks out they were wrong! It took about 20 minutes to get our food (it was 3 appetizers) and you could tell they were literally just warmed up. The apps were good but definitely shouldn't have taken that long for them to come out when the restaurant was basically empty. We immediately asked for boxes and the waitress insisted she bring them out when we were ready to go. We insisted we wanted them immediately. She appeared confused and brought them out. We ate a few bites and drank our drinks we paid and left. We will definitely NOT be back! We hadn't been to Applebee's in quite a while, and on our way home we decided to stop by this location and give it a try. Upon arrival, the hostesses greeted us warmly and seated us right away. Since it was a Saturday night and the Dodgers were playing, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. Our server came by to take drink orders. Our teenager asked for a Dr Pepper, and the server responded, "We don't have Dr Pepper, and that's why we give you a menu to read before I get here so you know what we have." The tone was extremely rude. Our son's friend ended up ordering a lemonade, not because he wanted one, but because he knew it was on the menu and didn't want to deal with the server's attitude. We immediately asked to speak with the manager. After about 10 minutes with no response, we asked the hostess again. This time, she gave us attitude before going to get him. Another 10 minutes passed, and when we followed up again, we were told, "He's in the kitchen. He'll be out when he can." At that point, I politely but firmly asked that she request the manager come out, or I would go into the kitchen myself to speak with him. Only then did someone finally notify the manager. While waiting, one hostess told us we needed to move because the server needed the table, and if we wanted another server, we would have to switch sections. At that point I refused. We weren't moving, and we needed a different server. When the manager finally came out, he was completely dismissive and acted as though none of our concerns mattered. We were preparing to leave when we noticed a couple requesting to speak with him about the same server. I sat back down to see how he handled it. The manager rushed over with two beers for them, switched their server immediately, and treated them as if they were the problem instead of addressing his staff's behavior. This review is purely for the service on takeout orders. When you heat inside everything is perfect. I've been coming here for the past five weeks to order my regular lunch. The first time I was helped by a female and everything went great. The next four times I was assisted by a male and they get my order wrong every single time. You say well done or extra sauce or any request they do not put it into their computer or honor it. AT ALL. i always tip 20% min and if you ask for an extra sauce that they miss, they act like they don't want to do it and they're doing you the hugest favor. Get it right the first time smh. Very upset! I go to Applebee's at least twice a month. More so the Lodi location. My best friend got me out of the house after a mental breakdown from being a mom of twins on the spectrum, so after a walk at the nature trail and couple glasses of wine we decided to stop at applebees for a quick bite and to finish watching my Padres game. We were seated fast as it was pretty slow and ordered us a burger combo to share as we weren't that hungry!! The discomfort of the way the waitress, with red curly hair, made me feel so uncomfortable just urked me! As if my best friend and I was gonna dine and dash off a $13 tab! Just had a pretty decent experience at the Applebee's in Stockton, California. The service was quick, which was nice, but for some reason, they weren't letting anyone sit in the bar area. All the food came out at once, and the quesadilla was spot on--crispy just like I wanted. However, the buffalo wings were way too salty. We went during happy hour, and while their drinks are top-notch, I wish they'd add more food options to the happy hour menu. It's pretty limited. I've been to this happy hour quite a few times and used to visit this Applebee's often. The service was good, no complaints there. It was our last resort location, but it worked out fine. I took an interest in Media Night at the Allegiant Arena because we are now six days away from Super Bowl 58 and was still wishing that I had stayed in Vegas. I am not a football fan, but always liked to see who the entertainment was and this year it's Usher!!! I am a native of San Francisco and of course I wish the 49ers the best!!!! Came here on New Year's day and they were not that busy at all, yet service was extremely slow!! There were so many empty tables and yet my fiancé and and couldn't get seated until 40 minutes later. The only thing that made up for it is the free brownie bite with vanilla ice cream since it was my birthday! Food was honestly trash here. The bread stick was decent. Okaaayy so idk why this Applebees has such low ratings bc everytime i go here the atmosphere is amazing, the service is quick, and the menu variety just keeps getting better. Today i ordered using their 'to go' carside service which was my first time. Ordered their classic barbecue boneless wings. Didn't have a clue where their reserved parking was for the ' to go' spots. Parked at Olive Garden at first lol. So this ordering service is pretty easy you just call the resturant when you arrived and they take you your food. Sooo...when i called, i saw the waitress on the other side of the parking lot looking for my car and I realized how dumb i must look lol. So I went to park on the other side as she walked in and came out immediately with my food. Everything was ready to go and she had extra ranch for the wings & the best part...the qings werent dry!! Lol. So many resturants don't put enough sauce on their wings at ALL. Sauce is the most important part. The waitress was so attentive and had a good attitude even though I had never used this 'to go' service in my life lolol. Hey, it's Applebees. What more is there to say. Their restaurants are usually pretty clean and they usually have a spacious parking lot. This one is no different. Stopped in with a friend for a late dinner...no waiting. Our table was prepped and ready for customers (unlike most places that stopped doing this because of Covid). We started with a Pretzel bread appetizer...pretty good. For my main course I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp which comes with mashed potatoes. Although the shrimp were pretty small, they were tasty. My chicken was good just right and not dry inside. This dish comes in a mushroom-onion-bourbon sauce which gives it a yummy taste. I forget what friend ordered but I do recall him saying good things about his food. Like most places, Applebees' prices are up too. But they do have several regular specials going. So if you're watching your funds, that's an option for you. read more

Applebee's was one of the few restaurants that stayed open late. I decided to come here a little before 10:30 PM on 7/28/21 with my mother. As I walked in to put my name down with the host, a nice gentleman enthusiastically said, "Welcome in!" I believe he was the manager. It was such a warm and friendly welcoming! Next, we were seated at the table. Riley, the server, was so amazing! She was extremely sweet and took care of us with a great smile! We ordered two 1/2 off appetizers: The Spinach & Artichoke Dip and Buffalo Boneless Wings. We also did the $27 meal deal with the Mozzarella sticks, Three Cheese Chicken Penne Pasta, and Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp. Everything was on point and delicious! I even asked for extra celery with the boneless wings, and Riley hooked it up! As our bill came, our server accidentally charged us full price for the appetizers. We mentioned it to her; she apologized and rectified the situation. We left her a nice tip, just because of everything she's done for us from the get-go. I filter visit today fell short of three stars but was better than two stars so I gave them the benefit of doubt with a three-star rating. The atmosphere was what you would expect from this type of chain restaurant. It is good for us given the fact we have four kids who are not quite ready for a five-star fine dining environment. The service was mediocre. We had to try to flag someone down to get the two refills that we asked for and remind them in order to get a side we ordered. There were a number of mistakes such as my son's cheeseburger being plain rather than having the lettuce tomato and onion on it when he did not request for it to be plain. My wife ordered pasta and liked it. The kids also said they liked their food. My dinner was decent but I was slightly disappointed. I ordered a full rack of ribs with fries. I told them I have a severe dairy allergy and could not have the coleslaw that normally comes with this meal. I asked if they could substitute extra fries for the coleslaw and was told it would be no problem. I could see that there was a little bit of coleslaw residue on the edge of the plate where they had scraped it off and tried to wipe it down but they did not appear to be any residue on my food itself. They were supposedly getting an extra fries but the quantity did not seem to be any higher than a normal single order. The ribs were over done and kind of dry.
