I forgot what I ordered as a drink, but I believe it was a rum-based drink that was on their menu at some point. For my meal, I actually ordered one of my favorite appetizer menu items there - the Chicken Wonton Tacos. It's one of the few things that is not 900+ calories and is light and fulfilling. Restaurant smelled stuffy as we came in. Floors and tables were sticky. Waitresses was okay. There were about 4-5 women that work there, talking loud about their private lives. It was slow at that time in the restaurant, but have some respect for the customers that are in there. They literally in the next booth, loud as ever. Like a bunch of high-school girls gossiping. This went on for over 45 minutes, and the manager never once asked them to quite down, she was giggling and talking right with them. The burgers and fries was good and hot, but the lime chicken and rice was not that great. Rice was not hot, and very dry and the rice seemed under cooked. The tortilla strips with that place were old as well as the chips that went with artichoke dip. You could tell the carpet as you came in. This place needs a DEEP CLEANING, and a class on talk about your personal business amongst one another AT ANOTHER TIME AND PLACE, and let the paying customers eat in peace and have their conversation that's NOT being drowned out because cackling employees. It's been a while since I've been to Applebee's so I was a bit nervous about what to expect after many disappoining visits over the years at multiple locations. Thankfully, this time I wasn't disappointed. The food was fresh and was served in an appropriate time frame. I got the ribs and the bf got the steak. I have posted a picture of the hours of operation to help others. Don't be surprised if the business is closed and locked during normal business hours. Save your gas and time. This was the 3rd time we tried to enjoy a dinner here. First two times the doors were locked and the sun hadn't set yet. WTF The third time we actually ate on the early side for us (7:00pm) and two of us ordered the all you can eat boneless chicken. My wife ordered the salmon with potatoes and broccoli. Her broccoli arrived as green beans and the potatoes were cold. It took an extended length of time to get the server back to correct the broccoli issue. Drinks went empty for long periods. At one point the reorders of boneless chicken were taking so long two of us took a smoke break. Guess what, it was 8:12 PM and we were locked out. The business had closed. From wearing shades indoor a few months ago to making out of pocket comments toward customers recently. Servers were great. (Male) Management was terrible. Went for Easter brunch. They were short staffed. But servers were doing the best they could. My mom ordered a salmon dish. It ended up being a lot smaller when it came out. And looked like a piece broken off. They took it back and made her a new one. But on the bill tried to take off just a beer. As we all ordered hot food. My mother insisted we eat. We finished our meals before she got our food. When the manager walked away when I suggested the salmon be taken off. He yelled "Wow" as he walked away. That's just unprofessional for a manager to do. I worked in the industry for over a decade. I called him out on it to his face too and he had nothing to say. it was great food though. And being short staffed for holidays is expected. Ambiance is alright but being busy it seemed rushed. 5 stars ONLY because of seeing how hard THE SERVERS AND HOSTESS were working. Very disappointed in my delivery order through DoorDash and Applebee's car side to go. Ordered two desserts. One that was supposed to have a hot chocolate sauce and the other that was supposed to have a hot caramel sauce. Neither came with any sauce. I had to reorder and then it arrived with an almost empty container of caramel sauce. It wasn't cheap for the desserts and when you add delivery and tip and a long wait... you would think they would try harder to get it right the second time around. Three stars because I understand with Covid that staffing is not likely up to par. However, a long night, a lot of money, and not a lot of care taken on these two orders. We went here yesterday for lunch! It was over $50 for lunch! It's kind of pricey for lunch! We got the 2 for $20 deal and the 2 for $25 deal. I didn't see any "lunch specials" so it must be all dinner meals on the menu. Waitress was friendly but didn't come around as much as she should have. We moved to a different table because of a soda spill and it was right by a vent. We were so cold and the food got really cold within 5 mins of sitting on the table. Mashed potatoes were cold and so was the broccoli. Just not happy since I paid $56 dollars for lunch and the food was cold! It also wasn't busy at all because of the virus nobody wants to eat out but for the customers that do you should give 5 star service so we come back and give you our money! read more

Three of us arrived and were seated at 3:50. It was 4:05 before the waitress got to us. (The place did not have a dozen people in it). We were in a time crunch so we ordered immediately. One person attempted to order off the lunch menu (good till 4pm) and was promptly told it was past 4. The waitress was immovable on this point and would not allow it. One person ordered a bacon cheeseburger and when asked by the waitress "How would you like it cooked" replied Medium Well. The waitress told her I have only 2 buttons PINK or NO PINK. What the hell? I order a bowl of french onion soup and cheese sticks for my entree. The two burgers and soup were delivered at the same time. The soup was very good. The burgers were good. About 15 minutes after the food was delivered the cheese sticks were delivered. Cheese sticks involve dropping them in the fryer. I don't have a clue what took so long. The final straw was paying for the meal. I guess at franchise restaurants gone are the days of paying either the waitress or at the register for your meal. She told us we could pay using a machine on the table. After struggling to use 2 gift cards and put the remainder on debit card we had to track down the waitress to do it for us. She had a time accomplishing the task also. Unfortunately she apparently wasn't real clear on how to do it because she shorted herself $7.00 of the tip. I love this Applebee's location, because I love all the pictures and/or posters that are hang up on the walls by each section, like the movie, music, aircraft/rocket, and sports sections. I even love seeing the pop culture pictures around the restrooms like the group photo from the show Friends. This is a good place to dine for lunch and dinner. I've never been to Applebee's before. My server was really cool. She was super nice and still laid back. The food was actually pretty good. I'd give it 4 stars. But when you take into the account price - it's actually makes this place get 5 stars. I got a full rack of ribs and sides for $18. They got a half pound Select steak for $12. The chefs hot the right temp for both our steaks. Also the nachos app was killer - fresh jalapenos. Nothing here was done cheaply, but it was cheap. I'll actually come here again. I'm shocked. I used to pride myself on having never have gone. Sure, it's just American food, but it's reliable and cheap. Cool place. 5 stars. Tonight we stopped in for "appetizers" and drinks.. but ended up splitting a chicken tender platter with fries and the Verde beef nachos, both were pretty good but not amazing. I can't rate the service or the food at this Applebee's. We called to find out how long the wait was for a table and were told it would be 15 minutes. When we arrived 5 minutes later, we were told it would be an hour wait as there was a long list of names prior to us. Granted we went at about 11pm, but this is when I feel the food at Applebee's should be really good bc they really pride themselves on great late night apps. This was not the experience that my husband and I had. We decided to try the new apps: the meatballs, the brisket nachos, and the chicken quesadillas. They were all COLD!!! Not one thing was hot like it was suppose to be and my margarita was weak!! I sent the nachos back, even when it was warmer it still didn't taste that great, not to mention that the "brisket" resembled wet cat food. This was my favorite place to go to until they changed the whole staff, now its my least favorite. The staff dont know there own menu, bartenders very blunt & loud for a place that allows kids. I recently went there as a family and there was a brawl between two men, no one broke up the fight, as everyone watched kids too. They only stopped it once the gun was drawn from one of the fighters.
