I put in an order on 4/19/2017 to be picked up. I picked up the food and took it home to enjoy with my family, when I noticed part of my order was wrong. I called and talked to the manager working Sherman and it was requested I return to the restaurant to fix the order. I chose not to letting him know that I was 7 1/2 months pregnant and it had been a long day and I was tired and hungry. He offered a $10 voucher to be emailed to me within 3 days for the issue. I felt this was a fair exchange, but to date have still not received any voucher. I have had troubles in the past with orders not being correct while dining at the restaurant and ordering it to be picked up, being the reason to finally call and address the order being wrong. I would suggest eating somewhere with a better reputation for correctness for orders and follow though when mistakes are made. read more

This is the first time me or my husband went to an Applebee's and it was horrible! We went in got seated then took our order, after about 10 minutes the waiter came back and said there were no ribs so we were about to leave just out the door then the waiter came back like "Oh I'm so sorry you guys did get the last ribs" so we went back. The food options can vary from good to awful. I wouldn't mind the awful so much, if the food wasn't so high in sodium and fat. The spinach & artichoke dip was bland and tastless and the chips where coated with so much salt they made everything taste awful when used for dips. Our order consisted of the new Beer Garden burger and the Thai Shrimp Salad. Both were well prepared and attractively presented. Our server was attentive to our needs. The decor appeared to have been recently updated and presented a cozy pub feel. Perfect place for a casual meal. read more

I and 3 other's are disappointed that the Bourbon street steak has been reduced to two 4 oz sirloins and the original flavor of butter n garlic n bourbon is gone. The new wood fire taste is ok, but just not as delicious as it used to be. And the steak was tough and full of gristle. So sad to lose a good steak. Please bring back the original cut and flavor. I'd pay more to have better quality. But, actually for $15.99 it should still be a better cut and quality than it is. read more

My boyfriend and I come here with our friends often. Food is always hot and fresh. I've never ordered anything that was bad, just some stuff that wasn't really my thing. I very much enjoy their sweet Asian chili sauce for their boneless wings, its just the right mix of sweet and spicy. In the three years we've been coming here, I've only had one problem (hard breadsticks) and it was corrected within minutes. Looking forward to returning, not sure what happened to the people who posted bad review s but it's never happened to us. read more

Monday night is 6 dollar hamburgers for a reason. Monday is training night. They could NOT get all meals on the table at the same time. One meal was wrong. All hamburgers well done not as ordered. Had to finally get up and look for our waitress , the mustard and the still missing meal for our patient 3 year old. Waitress blamed the kitchen for training a new cook. Shift manage came by earlier to say hi but was awal as the food arrived over a 20 minute period. Burgers taste better at RR. Forget the hamburger night, not even a deal at half price. My Husband and are on diets to get healthy and we went to Applebee's twice in the last month. The Salmon with veggies only ( no potato's ) was excellent, and the house steak with veggies only and( no potatos ) was great. Thanks for getting us the No carb option. I love Applebee's. I'm probably here 5-10 times per month. Whether I'm here for lunch, dinner or late night; the food and service is always great. Audrey, Tiffany, Adrianna, and Scott are among my favorite servers. I've been coming here for close to 10 years and they have always had friendly servers. I just wish I could win some money buy filling out their surveys. It would also be nice if they had live trivia again on Wed. nights. read more

I used to LOVE this Applebees. But i'm not sure what happened. The last two times I have been here the food has tasted HORRIBLE!!! I'm not sure if they got a different cook or not, but I am beyond DISAPPOINTED. I would honestly advise people to choose a different Applebees or even an entirely different restaurant. We thought that maybe the food tasted bad, the first time, because we had went during the week. But when we went there again during good hours, or so we thought, it was the exact same. read more

The last few times I've ordered my oriental salad through the car side to go opinion I've been extremely disappointed. There seems to be less lettuce and chicken each time and an excess of carrots. Although the amount of food is disappointing the service is always wonderful which is nice. read more

Me and my family have been going to this restaurant for a few years and this particular night we took my inlaws out for dinner. The service was excellent and the food was even better! I was able to chat for a few moments with the manager, Brian and it was just an overall great experience and we will continue to visit. read more

Horrible in every way!!! My husband and I have been here a few times with and without our young children. Every aspect was awful! Staff were rude and waited on tables at random rather then when they were seated. The hostess pointed and gossiped about many customers. It took over an hour or our kids food to be brought out (before) ours....? Food was untenable and staff was not tipped and I tip well! read more

Carside to go order was 20 minutes late. As a result, I was late to a very important meeting. I will not use their catering service again.

We ate here for lunch today and everything was excellent! We sat at a round table in the bar. Our server (I think his name was Chris) was absolutely awesome!! I have to say that I do not ever go into chain restaurants expecting much. This guy blew us away with how friendly he was. The food was really good too! Worst Applebees I've ever been too. The last two visits the food was almost inedible. I used to love their wonton tacos, but the last two times have been horrible. The last time, it was like they used some old dried up ends of chicken that had been sitting for a while. It's very poorly managed and the staff has been awful. I can't see this restaraunt staying open much longer. read more

Very poor kitchen service. Kid and wife's food came out 20 min before my other sons and mine came out about 25 min after the first. My chicken was burned and wife's bourbon steak was over cooked. The waitress was very apologetic and nice. She did a great job and manager was helpful. Very disappointed overall mainly with the kitchen. Sat down at 5:30 and left at 7:15. read more

Went to get the car side pick up yesterday. Ordered two meals the one meal was great however the stake and whole grains was a joke. It looked like someone's leftovers. The stake was small and dint even look like a full piece of stake. And got hardly any grains in a large container. Not worth the money. read more

Waitress was very nice... BUT....took at least 30 minutes to get our food. She said the appetizer was ready so we asked her to at least bring that out for my daughter. The chicken wings were barely Luke warm and the beer cheese dip was cold and already had a film on top from sitting so they took back and microwaved so now she had rubbery wings. I ordered the new chicken and shrimp tequila tango that was supposed to come with creamy avocado sauce with cilantro, peppers, rice, chicken and shrimp. She brought out a chicken breast smeared with guacamole, had no shrimp and no peppers. I pointed out to the waitress and manager that is not what I ordered. She insisted it was. I pulled out the menu and showed her the picture. She said it depends on how the recipe is made in the morning determines how it turns out! She insisted it was made correctly. I didn't even dare taste it. My friend ordered steak....veggies were tough und cold. When I again commented on how the meal did NOT fit menu description, she said the cooks don't look at the picture. YES, we did get the meal comped for what little we could eat.... but I can't believe they can serve something that isn't even CLOSE to the menu and call it edible. read more
