We ate there twice during our visit to Colorado. The first time we ate in and had great service and good food. The second time we did pick up and it was timely, hot, and good. Aunt and I had Oriental chicken salads. With that we got the free appetizer of onion rings. Sis got a Santa Fe bowl one time and a quesadilla the next--she thought both were tasty. The roses outside in the landscaping are absolutely beautiful! Applebee's is pretty dependable and has a good menu. read more

My husband and I have been coming to Applebees for year, we go to see the people and lately Nikki one of the managers has had it out for my husband. I met my husband there on 8/29/2026 as we usually do and Nikki and him were talking. Apparently it appears that people who we thought were friends are bunch of backstabbers. These people have said my husband had said that Nikki said it was ok to bar drinks, however that was never said as I wa there every time. Applebees Greeley just lost almost 1,000 dollars a month over some crap that never happened and corporate non sense. I will never step foot into Greeley Applebees. No managers present in dining room,so problems don't get recognized.managers have attitude and are especially Nikki Ortega will not be coming back read more

We arrived at 4pm sunday (today). We were told we would have to wait 10 minutes while silverware was being cleaned. we don't need to know. Seat us, give us menus, take our drink orders. We don't care about the silverware. not busy. Other people waiting also. The food was good, but the tea weak. My daughters said the restrooms needed to be cleaned. We won't return to this applebee's. read more

I have been here three times and each time is even worse than the last. This place is just terrible. I love applebees, but this location has the worst service, management, and food out of them all. Never come here, i'd rather drive an additional 30 minutes to the nearest one than ever return to this location. I'd give 0 stars if it was possible. read more

I went to Greeley Applebee's Friday evening, ordered the 8 oz sirloin steak and it was the worst piece of meat I have ever had. The meat was so full of gristle that I couldn't cut with a steak knife. The cook should have never sent it out. I would have sent it back for another one, but I didn't have another half hour to wait. I did cut off a few bites of good meat. The potatoes were good. I probably will never be back. I think the cook should be counseled on acceptable product. I doubt if I ever will be back. R Jash read more

My family & I had a really great experience here! The food was pretty good, nothing super special. A little over priced for what it is. The holiday drinks are so much fun. Our server, Evan was amazing! She made so many great food recommendations and had us laughing all night. Great atmosphere! read more

I've been to this location a few times when visiting My Mother and siblings since Covid and haven't really had any problems so I'm not sure what the 2 star rating is about. ‍ This past Tuesday evening's experience, party of 10 was above and beyond from beginning to end. Justin D was extremely professional and very attentive in all of our requests. His professionalism in everything we experienced was above and beyond what I have personally experienced while dining out in the last year or so. From the freshly brewed coffee and smoothies to the appetizer plates, water refills and the yummy food (appetizers and salads) we all enjoyed ourselves and the great service! Thanks Justin and your kitchen heroes! read more

Food was mid tier but our server sucked and was very rude she he no manners the server and bartender talked shit about us in front of us the bartender gave the same vibes the dollar margaritas are good but everything about the service was god awful and they need a new staff 10/10 DO NOT recommend to ever go here even for the prices read more

Horrible service. Bartender "Mary" seemed to be in a bad mood and took it off on us. Heard of the $1 margaritas and after we had 2 she said if we were ready to pay our bill. I told her we wanted to drink a little more and she said she had to cut us off, that it was enough alcohol for us. If there is a limit on the margaritas I feel like she could've had a nicer approach on it. I also feel that 2 2oz margaritas is exaggerated to be cut off for, specially when there was customers next to us at the bar and she kept serving them whatever alcohol they asked for!!! We tried multiple times to hold a conversation with her and got completely ignored. like i said, horrible customer service. Ambiance you never want to come back to. Also, chips were super stale. read more

had a really good time if you go in and want someone super great ask for claire she was the best we were laughing all night she was quick getting us our drink orders and overall was just a sweetheart! read more

Went to this place and on a weekend just two of us expected it to be easy to get in. Not many people. In the entrance lobby we stood for a long period waiting to be seated. No one else was waiting. We signaled a female, appearing to be a manager and she advised it would be in a minute. A party of 6 came into the same lobby and began waiting also. We don't know what the wait was for, plenty of vacant tables in view. The same female, appearing to be seating customers then approached the entrance, looked up smiled at the other group and signaled the group of 6 to follow her. As they were leaving we gestured that we were waiting first. The female just looked at us even knowing we should have been next but waived her hand saying i'll get to you next. It was obvious she knew the group but this type of incident makes me feel bad thinking that the tip from the 6 is better than the two or some other nasty feeling she had at the time. We turned and left. read more

Everything comes out cold! And then they like to play dumb and pretend like you're trying to get free food out of the pieces of shit

Jenna is fantastic, have been coming to this location because of the standard of service, Jenna and her team always make people feel welcome and cared for! Cannot beat the care provided here! Other than good staff and friendly smiles, food is warm and beer is cold! 10/10 I recommend highly! read more

Ugh... service as in the waitress was ok. The wait for and quality of food was awful. We came here as we had a bad experience from Chili's, however had the exact same thing happened here. Where has good service and mouth watering food gone? read more

Went here for dinner tonight 7/30/21 and service was fast and waitress was great. I got a burger with old cold fries and later puked the burger up. My sons pizza wasn't cooked all the way and everyone else food was okay. We went at 5pm before the rush and still got okay food. Our bill was $60 and won't be spending that much money on crappy food again. Definitely spend your money somewhere else! read more

a good ole classic cheeseburger hit the spot tonight!! the beef patty tasted quite similar to a steak burger from freddys, very juicy! not my favorite fries but the service was fast and friendly! read more

Oooomphh... I really don't like giving lower ratings, but this place just doesn't cut it anymore. Been here several times in the past and it was always decent. In fact, I was a little surprised I hadn't reviewed it yet. My experience this time was similar to some of the others who aren't impressed: - Slow service. They weren't busy, prime time on Thursday evening, about 1/3 of capacity. Should have been better. - Stingy food, mediocre portions. Fries were *limp*, *cold* and *dead*. Made me visualize them dumpster-diving at a neighboring restaurant to get free fries and recycle them. Thankfully, they gave us so few fries that we didn't have to suffer through too many. - Wife's steak was over-cooked, stingy portion, the bruschetta topping was old and gross looking. I get it, it's a low-calorie option; but does that mean it's supposed to look unappealing as well? - I had a standard American burger, it was 'decent'. I had to request the lettuce, onion, pickle and tomato topping - don't mind requesting it. But it was clear that stuff was way past its due date. Maybe it was rescued from Chili's dumpster, too? - Lastly, for the quality and the stinginess of the portions, it's overpriced. Family of four: one kid's menu dinner, one appetizer dinner, one standard burger and one bruschetta steak, sodas and one shared dessert - $60 before tip. Not a happy ending. - Lastly Bonus: LOUD. Christmas music piped in so loud as to wake the dead. Maybe they are trying to summon Jacob Marley...totally obnoxious. Our waitress was quite nice and hardworking though. I could tell they are short-staffed, even for being only 1/3 capacity. She worked hard, was professional and pleasant. Kudos to her. I'm not sure what happened this time around. Like I wrote above, prior experiences weren't this poor; but there are many low ratings for this restaurant, indicating they're trending downward. They need to find their motivation or a new occupation. read more

So I got to go here tonight and ordered specifically a well done steak. Their online ordering system made it so it would be impossible for anyone to mess it up. But picked my order up and drove home which is 20 miles from this location and have a steak that in my opinion is rare to medium rare at best. And the potato's are far from cooked. I only gave them one star because I couldn't do zero. They are happy to send you gift cards but not happy to reimburse you. It's no wonder their location in Fort Collins closed. Keep up this sort of business and you will be fallowing suit. Good luck! read more

Nothing I ordered was right. Nothing was close to what was on menu. They spilled sauce all over bag. My son could not eat the quesadilla burger and will eat anything. There was juice and sauce all over bag and ice cream we did not order. 65$ of garbage. The double bone in wings tasted like freezer burned garbage. At least they where crispy. Very disappointed. Talked to manager she said she would refund. I have never complained in my life. But this is bad nothing looks like the menu. Just so you know. Don't let pucks fool you. read more

Ordered meal for 3 using Curb Side Pickup, very fast and friendly. Food : Chicken Wonton Tacos - great, 5 stars Spinach artichoke dip, excellent, 5 stars Cheese sticks - perfect, 5 stars  Shrimp 'N Parmesan Sirloin - great flavor, rich and tasty sauce, Sirloin had excellent flavor, cook perfect "medium". But meat was extremely tough, very disappointed. 3 out 5 stars. If meat was tender would have been 5 out of 5. Chicken Caprese Mozzarella Chicken, flavor great, complex flavors. Grilled chicken had nice grill marks, and enjoyable flavor. But chicken was not cooked past the grill marks, it was rubbery and had jelly like texture. Had to cook the chicken another 10 min in the air fryer at 450 deg. to get it cooked. 3 out 5. Price was OK, and with $10 off on $30 ticket. It was a great value. In general flavors were great, price was good, service better than most, but tough Sirloin and uncooked chicken was a total downer. We will try it again soon, and see if another selection of protein will be better. This could have easily been 5 stars, but not this time. read more

We ate there last night and it was wonderful. I had the Bourbon Shrimp and Chicken with Caesar salad and an Adios from the bar. My husband had the same main course with the house salad, which is huge, and a seasonal beer. We had an order of onion rings as an appetizer. The beverages and salads were perfectly chilled; the appetizer and main courses were served sizzling hot. All was delicious! We were most impressed by our waitress, Mikayla, and the entire staff as they worked together flawlessly like a well oiled machine. Clearly they have a rhythm and excellent rapport with one another, a true sign of good management and excellent teamwork. read more

Spoiler alert... I was not happy. Haven't been to this Applebee's location in a long time and stopped by for a nice lunch after church. The restaurant was pretty empty, which should have been my first clue... When will I ever learn? Service was friendly and prompt, but disengaged. The main issue was the filthy flatware and the cups and plates that still had that gritty feeling of dishwasher dried on food. The food that was served was absolutely tasteless. I had fajitas and the stake did not even taste like real meat. My husband had a hamburger and it got cold immediately after arriving to the table. This leads me to believe that the food is pre-cooked and microwaved. Definitely Would not recommend this location. And it's unlikely that I'll be returning. read more

Ok so I just ate here ordered a triple bacon burger yeah will let's say there was nothing triple of it, onion rings tasted like crap and the steak had no seasoning I'll probably wouldn't come back to this place it used to be good but I don't know last couple of times have been by far horrible. read more

Never again! I'm only giving it 2 stars because I feel like 1/3 people that we encountered was decent. We weren't acknowledged when we walked in the door- there were 4 of us; 2 kids and 2 adults... When we were seated- finally- seemed like they could get off the wrong foot. Instead- the waitress was AWFUL, she only came to check on us 3x the whole time we were there, only refilled 2 drinks, threw a box on the table when we asked and literally ran away whenever we looked like we needed something. Napkins would have been nice to have when we got our food- not 3/4 of the way through our meal. Food was sub-par and the manager did nothing but comp a meal and walk away. NEVER AGAIN! There's a reason Chili's always has a wait and Applebees is empty! read more

Terrible service the server named Jessica dropped food in front of us and brought out chips and ketchup when we asked for chips and queso like who eats chips and ketchup? I've never left a place so irritated! The guy who greeted us was nice and polite and we got seated right away. We were finally greeted by our server (Josh) and ordered drinks. So far, so good. Drinks came, we ordered food. Then it went downhill. Food finally came, it was wrong and gross. My sandwich was dripping grease, and my side was wrong. Josh never came to check on us so we grabbed another server to get the side right. Still, Josh did not check in so our drinks went empty. Longer yet, Josh did not come by so went to the bar for a to go box. Finally had to go get Josh in another part of the room to get our tab. When he finally brought it, he said "if there is anything else I can do please let me know." Anything ELSE?! That would imply you have already done something. I said I wanted a drink about ten minutes ago but couldn't get him to come by the table. His reply was "Life is a bitch and then you die"! Seriously?! Never been insulted when an apology would have been right. No tip for you, Josh. Life is a bitch. read more

Jon was the only person there that even tried to do his job. The people seemed like they all had better things to do then to hustle or help the customers including the bartender, she didn't even make any of our drinks our waiter did after he told her and she forgot. read more

So we get seated at 6pm, they took drinks orders that took 15 minutes and then took an appetizer order. At 6:35, our entree order was taken and now it's 7:17 and we still haven't received our entrees and it seems no one is checking in on us. When they started taking our orders, when the first order of baby back ribs was ordered is when they told us they were out of baby back ribs and said they found out as we walked in. So tell us that before we start order. Yes there are 13 of us but really. read more

Ridiculous. 12 employees there with 3 tables and can't get a beer. Rude unattentive bartender. Finally refilled my beer with my old glass. One manager has a terrible habit of slipping his hands down the back of his pants. Gross. Never again. read more

My 2 stars are for service.our waitress Unicus was awesome. Sadly the food bordered on in edible. I ordered the chicken cavatappi. ..it was supposed to have creamy parmesan sauce....the sauce was not creamy it could barely be found in my dish leaving the dish dry and gummy. Whatever the seasonings they put on the chicken they need to stop....I gave up and did not eat the dish. We also ordered onion rings. Another big mistake . The onions were tough and pulled out of the breading. They seemed like they were cheap frozen rings. I am so disappointed...not sure we will go back. No. I did not complain because it Is Christmas Eve and i did not want our wonderful waitress to feel bad. .. read more

We read online that "kids eat free" at participating Applebee's, so we called ahead to make sure. The lady on the phone assured us that they honored that. It was the only reason we went there. It was a Tuesday night, empty restaurant, and it took nearly an hour to get our subpar food. The bill came and the kids meals were not free. The manager explained that the woman I spoke with on the phone works the curbside and "she doesn't know what she's talking about." So the manager wouldn't take it off the bill. I have never left a restaurant more angry. Incompetence and poor costumer service is a hell of a combination. read more

Although I know covid can be an excuse, well not this time. my server was the only part of my meal that made any sense. He seemed to be hurting but always smiled and did a good job. Bartender seemed preoccupied with something else besides drinks. Food was horrible who would make a dip sand wich with onion soup? Seems really lazy on the kitchens part. How hard is it to throw food in the microwave. All I ask is even if your not busy keep your head on a swivel you are at work !!!! read more

Not that great, simply because our food was served at different times and when the first meal (a kids meal) came out completely cold and the burger didn't come with the things it said it would (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) the two pastas came out 10 minutes after the kids meal did were barley warm, and the server Damion checked on us 3x. read more

Dear Applebee's, Please don't open up as a steakhouse as you indicated tonight. Your steak is terrible. My friend Ordered it rare to medium rare. Came back medium well twice. And tough. You cannot serve beef without losing money and customers each order read more

My husband and I rarely eat at Applebee's since moving to Greeley because we always have a hit or miss experience! Tonight was definitely a miss, and handled very poorly with no consideration. I ordered a salad with steak. I was eating my salad and found an incredibly long piece of hair. I stopped eating and looked over my salad there was more hair... so disgusting! I could no longer eat and lost my appetite. The waitress acted kind of nonchalant and stated I'll make you another salad. No ma'am I no longer want to eat here. The manager couldn't be bothered to come out and speak to us. The poor waitress was left on her own. We just left, I could not continue eating.... so nasty read more
