Horrible business. Tried to order on line, after 15 minutes setting up online account it would not take credit card info so could not finish. Tried to call in order, after about 15 rings it said no one available. Drove to location and person behind counter claimed to be a manager and said he could not match the online price as they were not allowed to, explained that app was not working so they should be able to give the online price, said no. If this is the type business that a manager cannot match an online price even when it's their own apps issue it is a business that I will not support. This is the second time we've been to BWW in Greeley and it will be our LAST! When we tried this location the first time, it was for an early dinner at 4pm. The place was dead. We ordered two beers, nachos and 10 traditional wings. The beer we got was flat. The wings didn't come out until 37 min later. It took that long to make 10 wings? That's ridiculous! Not only the wings took forever, we only got 9 pieces of wings. Smh. We decided to try this restaurant the second time for lunch. We arrived at 11am. The place is dead. We figured get here an hour early before the lunch crowds started so we can get our food faster. Wrong!!!!!!! We waited for 45 min to get our food. We ordered tater tots and 15 pieces of wings. When we finally got our food, the tater tots was cold and the wings were not hot either. It seems like our food just sat in the kitchen counter waiting to be delivered to our table. That's not the cook's fault, but the wait staff. We complained to our waitress that our food are not hot. She offered to replace our food. Worst experience ever. Placed an order online and went to pick up my food. I expected them to be busy but they were extremely under staffed for a Saturday/Game Day. The Pick Up area was staffed with 2, less than personable, people who spent most of their time in the back. I ended up waiting 20 minutes past my scheduled pick up time. The nice part got home, a mere 7 minute drive, I opened my wing box and the whole bag are barely coated with sauce and have been overlooked to the point they are actually tough to bite into and dry.
