It's pretty good. I've been many times. I've never had a major complaint. It might be busy once in a blue moon. It has good specials.

I was highly disappointed. We stopped in after driving for 6 hours to grab a bite before hitting the road again. The hostess was rude. We sat for about an hour and never got served however all the other tables around us were being served. Tables that had came in way after us. Turns out our ticket was never put in the system. After speaking with the manager to let her know how poor the service was we walked out. read more

I ate the Grilled cheese and tomato soup. It was good. Nothing special. The service was good for it being busy with the church rush.

Went here for Easter dinner. This has never been my favorite place but hubby likes it. Food portion is now half of what it was a month ago. My oldest daughter got the penne pasta. Bottom of bowl was covered that was all. Bread sticks were hockey pucks. Same with the hubby's mac n cheese dish. Youngest got 3 tiny chicken fingers. Mother in law barely got a side dish. My steak was over cooked and the shrimp was pure rubber. When we complained the waitress burst into tears and the manager Scott was rude and condescending. Told us to complain on the website. That's my next stop. Will NOT be back!!!! read more

Applebee's is getting bad. There where 16 tables open and we had to wait 20 mins to be seated. To top it off the hostess seated people that came in after we did and they where her friends. The management team is not friendly at all. read more

I keep saying we would never go back to this place, but we did! Same mismanagement, mistakes and way too many "Sorrys". Do it right & you won't have to keep making excuses. My wife & I ordered the very same meal. When they were delivered by someone other than our server, one was right. We got several stories; taken to wrong table, turned in wrong order, new server, etc. So, I twiddled my thumbs for 15 minutes, waiting for what I ordered & watching my wife eat. read more

Very Good appetizer. They had a special for house margaritas, very cheap and big glasses; tasted really good . Very clean place and good atmosphere over all. 3 cheese macaroni was very good . Ribs were ok. Triple chocolate meltdown was decent dessert. read more

Watched as staff gathered and had a social meeting while the greeter told everyone who came in that the wait would be 15 minutes. Currently 7 tables are open that seat 4 or more. The food is good, but the staff needs an adjustment. read more

Slow slow service. 18 minutes for ice tea. 45 minutes more for wraps and salad. Three of us at 1:30 on a Tuesday so not at peak time. Never received water to drink, requested a second cup of coffee several times. Poor quality food. Cold entree with dry chicken. A microwave dinner would be better. Save your money. read more

Service was horrible, waitresses need training and to learn how to be presentable. Food was undercooked or over cooked...not impressed and will not be going back. Manager needs to mingle in dining area more to check on customers. I remember when it was always packed but I see now why it isn't anymore. read more

The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because our server, Amber, was this establishment's saving grace. I get it...it's Applebee's. The food isn't amazing but I still expect to be given some sort of acknowledgement as my family of 5 patiently waits in front of the doorway for a host to give us any inclination that they care about our existence. I'm not sure if Bryce is a host, a busboy, or a server, but he looked directly at us and then proceeded to walk right by us as if we were invisible multiple times. No "Hi, welcome to Applebee's"...no "someone will be with you shortly"...no"table for how many?"...absolutely nothing. Every time my husband and I visit this place, the staff is extremely rude. I get better customer service when I walk into Walgreens. Amber is the only reason I even posted a review. I was ready to walk right out of those doors, but once she promptly came to get our drink orders, hope was restored. She was kind, very attentive, and turned my experience completely around. This place definitely needs to get their act together. I'm tired of being completely ignored every time I come in to enjoy a nice night out with my family. No one wants to feel like a nuisance in any establishment where they should be provided a service. Applebee's, please instill customer service in your hosts. They are the face of your restaurant and first impressions are everything! read more

My husband and I have enjoyed Applebee's in other states and this one is really no different. We regular this one now that we live close so the service/ cleanliness really depends on when you go. We've had great staff and hot food then we've had bad waiters and cold food.. unfortunately we havent discovered when is the best time to go yet. read more

We've never been disappointed. The food has been excellent every time. I typically get the three cheese chicken penne and it is very flavorful. My friend usually gets the sirloin. It can sometimes be a little overdone, but the flavor is great. The garlic mash potatoes are delicious. The side salad is out of this world compared to most side salads. It's a meal in itself with bacon, egg, tomato and cucumber! read more

The food is good. The won ton tacos are absolutely delicious. The service is hit or miss depending on the server you get. However, one persistent problem is the heating/air conditioning. Apparently they have to send an email to someone to get permission to turn the AC down, and whoever is giving this permission must intend to turn the customers into decorative ice cubes. I understand some restaurants do this to cause people to eat faster, but it causes us to not want to dine there at all except in the cold winter months, when they have at least a little heat and even though it's still cold, at least the cold air isn't being blown on you while you're trying to eat. read more

I am writing this because if you want the quality of food offered here, you can just go to Ryan's down the street and at least not get bilked on the price. I'll put it nicely: the food was terrible. It was cold, the appetizer almost came out with the meal. I ordered the A-1 Burger. It was obvious that it was cooked in a microwave. The A-1 "sauce" was more like a paste that had been absorbed into the soggy bun. My wife ordered the rubber steak. When you order a drink, it must come from somewhere else. I can see the bar from where I'm sitting, but it still took 20 minutes for it to arrive. Overall it was a horendous experience and we spent $50.00 on it. Save your $$, eat at McDonalds. My family and I went to Applebee's a few days ago. We are now crossing it off our list from this HORRIBLE experience. It was around lunch time and the tables were a little full, so we understood they were busy. Our waitress took our drink orders, my dad was the only one who ordered a beer. While the rest of us received our drinks (a little out of order, but on time), he still did not get his beer. He reminded her at least two times and even went by the bar to try order from someone else. By this time, we had already ordered our lunch meals. My dad's side salad arrived prior to the beer. At this point, we were all a little annoyed by our waitress. We were also missing silverware and napkins for the table. We could tell she was busy and we understood, but she didn't acknowledge our table at all. She was too focused on her other tables. Meanwhile, my dad is eating his side salad with only a water to drink..still missing the beer after fifteen minutes. One of us asked for a refill and when she had returned with that, she had brought the beer with her. My dad is a very patient and understanding man, but in this situation, he was very frustrated and we were too. He had asked the waitress if he could have his beer comped for waiting over fifteen minutes to receive it in the first place. She said, "I'll see what I can do, let me go get my manager". She did apologize to him. While we were eating our meals, the manager comes over to approach us. Kemar was a very awkward manager and did not respond appropriately to my dad's complaints. He never said I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and had to double check if he could get my dad his beer for free? This seemed weird to us because if you're a manager, you should know what you can and can't do at your establishment. He returned to our table and said comping the beer would be illegal, however, he would comp his side salad that was an up-charge. We finished our meals and were ready to get the hell out of this place. We finally received the check, only to learn that the salad was $1.50. My dad just laughed at the bill and here I am writing this review. My advice? If you can go somewhere else, go there. Avoid this place altogether! read more

Really bad service and food. Three of went for supper. My husband ordered the fish and chips. The fish came out looking like Mrs Paul's frozen patties and when he put his fork in water came pouring out. My friend ordered shrimp and bourbon chicken which she got before we even got our appetizer. She was finished eating before I got mine. I ordered the all you can eat baby back ribs. They were full of bone shards and impossible to eat. Next the waitress comes out with yet another plate of ribs when I did not even eat the first order. We got ready to leave and the waitress comes out with a to go box. We asked what that was for and she said it is your 3rd helping of ribs. Another woman ran up and snatched the to go box out of my husband's hand and said You can't have that. She took it away from him and accused him if taking home all you can eat when we never even asked for it in the first place. What a horrible experience. Never again!!! read more

We went last week for my nephew's birthday, and the service was TERRIBLE. It wasn't that busy in the restaurant, yet it took forever to even see a server. When she did finally show up, she didn't offer her name. It took a very long time to get drinks, and even longer for her to take our appetizer order. The apps took about 30 minutes to come out, which is a bit long considering that they weren't very busy. Halfway through our apps, we realized we needed another order of chips. These didn't come out until after our food was served, and it took a VERY long time for our food to be served, close to an hour after we had ordered. Three of our entrees were served, then about ten minutes later, another three, then finally ten minutes after that, my brother's steak was served. The manager did come out and apologize for the steak being so late, and he took that off the bill. However, several other things were missing or forgotten on our other plates. Several times we sat with multiple empty beverages, and could't see our server, or catch the eye of any other server to get refills. The food was actually really good, even if the portions were rather small for the price, but the service was abominable. I've worked in the restaurant business for 20+ years, and I would have been fired for having given such shoddy service. I'm sure it wasn't all the server's fault. The way our entrees came out points to problems in the kitchen, but the server wasn't apologetic or concerned about it at all. I was quite unimpressed.
