Last night I called in an order for chicken quesadillas and a riblet platter. The chicken quesadillas were fine but the riblet platter was only 1 full riblet and a half of another riblet. First off the order was for a hamburger plain. Was very specific when ordering that it was to be plain and still it came with the tomato, onion and pickles. It was ordered as well done but the burger was still frozen in the middle. The second burger was fixed right but cold and frozen in the middle even though it was supposed to be cooked well done. The chicken burger was also cold like it was still frozen in the middle. Neither of the burgers were like they used to be. They were like some dry, precooked mess. No flavor no semblance of meat. Just plain nasty. One diet Pepsi was ordered and two regular Pepsis. Instead we received four diet Pepsis. All in all this Applebees had gone to the dogs. Literally. We each fed the dogs our burgers. Just close them down like O'charles. We went by this afternoon 3 tables total in the place and 2 people at the bar. Sat over a half hour with no drinks or even a hello after the hostess wandered off. There were at *LEAST* 3 waitresses available but none for us. We took a while to pack back up and no one gave any attention or even noticed. We figured out why the parking lot was empty. Lesson learned to stay out of there. Over 30 minutes there is no excuse even if the place was packed. The one at 1 and 10 is just as bad with a lack of care. We went here as that one was so bad. I ordered through Door Dash and after paying $22.00 for this supposed to be Bourbon Street steak I wanted to be sick. Firstly, I ordered it medium temperature since I knew I'd have to reheat it, it came well done, it also was so garlicky with no other flavor it turned my stomach. Lastly the grease floated over everything that I had a grease film over my lips. This used to be my favorite thing there but they have lost three customers as I refuse to let them rip my family off after having paid $18 for 3 riblets and $94 for our total meal. Ribletts were dry like grocery store ribs that have set under the heat lamp all day. Medium steak was quite well done. We returned it. The return arrived after my father's wife finished her dinner. And the waitress made a point to let us know they only charged us for the second steak. Disappointing food and experience. A live roach was crawling on my family member and the waitress spill Sauce on the table! The worst is that when the manager was asked to come and it took her 15 minutes or so and did not offer any sincere apologies to us!! Very disappointing and will never go to Applebees again! Ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese and got overcooked, greasy pasta with hardly any sauce on it at all. Advised that it tasted like Alfredo not Mac and cheese and was told it was the correct sauce by someone from the kitchen - not sure if it was a manager or not. This is a dish that my boyfriend has ordered before. We know what it supposed to look and taste like. He opted not to have it remade bc do we really trust someone to remake the food when they are blatantly lying that it is correct in the first place? This Applebee's is the one we frequent . It was Sunday evening when we decided to go grab a burger . We love Applebee's burgers. They are burgerlious. We go in and it took a few minutes for someone to seat us . The young lady did apologize for our wait . She seated us and told us Devonte would be our waiter. Average wait time was normal for Applebee's and Devonte shows up and ask us if we are ready to order. No greeting or taking our drink order just are you ready to order . I had a question about the 2 for $20.00 deal . He knew the answer so we proceeded to give him our order . When our burgers came out she said burger with American ... we just looked at her puzzled and then she said I have one with American and one with cheddar . We accepted them and looked at each other realizing he never ask us how we wanted the burgers cooked ,if we wanted cheese or lettuce, onion,or tomato. Hmmm I guess he decided all that when he turned the order in . We both needed mayo and had to wait for the lady who brought the burgers to us to go get some . Mine had barbecue sauce on it my husbands didn't so we switch . Our burgers were good . Mine had some pink to it but still good . Had I been ask how I wanted it cooked I would have said well done . Devonte came and checked on us . He did bring our bill to us without us asking for it . Devonte was nice enough but may need some training on waiting skills . U tube probably has a video or two he could review . I think he definitely can improve. Any waiter or waitress needs to ask the customer how they like there burger , what type of cheese , will they need mayo ? and do they want lecture, onion, tomato . Headed here to grab some lunch. Went in and they were short staffed due to the snow storm . A nice man sat us and promptly came to take our drink order . (1st Star) Next he quickly brought us our drinks and ask if we needed more time or were ready to order . (2nd star) We put an order of Chicken wings , beef nachos (love their nachos) and All American burger. Hunger had taken over we just order everything together. He repeated our order back to us and ask if we'd like our chicken wings first. (3rd Star) Yes , yes we would like those chicken wings first. What great service !!! Chicken wings came out and we enjoyed them. Then perfect timing ...our nachos and burger came out. (4th Star) That takes some planning. I really don't like when I'm eating my appetizer and the meal comes out before I'm even finished. He kept check on the drink situation and brought us our check without us having to ask (5th Star) I will find out his name because he deserves the credit . I had the Bourbon Street Steak and while I was more than pleased with my entree, I was less than satisfied with the service I received the Monday afternoon I went to this Applebees. The waitress was attentive, but near the end of my meal she stopped waiting on my table. Why? Likely because there was a group of 8 that had their order screwed up a few tables down and she was scrambling along with a manager to satisfy those customers. However, her rush to wait on them caused her to forget about the other 3 tables she was waiting on. I don't blame her for what she did because no one likes upset customers and it's important to satisfy customers as a waitress, but I think she could have balanced the way she handled her customers a little better. read more

Just absolutely disgusting! Yeah, we got there at 3:30 but does it really matter? Obviously, cause they said they only cook certain foods in the morning but serve them all day. Yep, that's what I was told. I got the fiesta lime chicken. The rice was so dry that I could have choked to death. It wasn't warm either. Was told they make the rice in the morning and serve it all day. The cheese on the chicken was barely melted and the tortilla chips under the chicken were stale. Just a bunch of reheated frozen food at premium prices. There were 3 tables and a total of 5 customers. Our waitress was overwhelmed. The service was so freakin' slow. Kept having to ask for stuff. So crappy service on top of disgusting food......Not to mention the dirty restaurant. Staff hanging out on their phones doing nothing. The manager turned someone away at 3:56 because they were closing at 4:00 and told them they didn't have anyone to cook their food. I sent that disgusting chicken dish back after 4:00 and had them make me a burger. So turning a customer away, when the restaurant has been hit with lack of business for months, seems like a bonehead move, especially when there was someone there to cook. If I never have to eat at another Applebee's I will be thrilled! If this is the best you can do, I can do without. read more

I absolutely really enjoy the food here. The car service is always nice and the employees are polite. The reason for 1 star is bc i ordered two classic burgers with fries. They come with lettuce, tomatoe, pickle, onions and fries.. both burgers cost me $21 and i also added a $5tip.. $26 total...once i got home and opened our food we found a burger with cheese and the bum, nothing else.... i could of easily went to mcdonalds and bought me 20 burgers for that price. This was a slap to the face bc obviously the employers think its funny to screw with peoples food. I am a frequent visitor of Applebees. Tonight, I visited an APPLEBEE`S in this area with my family. The building was freezing, but that couldn't be controlled. I ordered double crunch shrimp and was disappointed to see that they aren't using the same type of shrimp that I've ordered in the past, to include an Applebee's just two weeks ago. Chris, the manager, was more than supportive and he is the reason why we remained at the restaurant. I ordered fish instead. We were not happy with the service from our waitress, Clairissa. She brought my food and after fewer than 6 minutes, asked if we wanted our check. I hadn't finished my meal and we planned to order another meal to go. We shared this with her. When we placed the to-go order, she did not place the order as we asked and brought this to her attention as well. Clairissa adjusted the order to get a cheaper price. While her intentions were good, it was not what we ordered. She didn't seem happy when we addressed this with her. Thankfully, Chris returned to check on us. We shared that we're not happy with Clairissas attitude, but he had been more than supportive. read more

Ordered an 8 oz steak. Payed 2 bucks extra to upgrade from the 6 oz to 8 oz. Ordered it Medium. Our order took forever to come out and the waitress said she was waiting on the steak. In hindsight, I should have know ( and so should the waitress) that any steak you are cooking forever won't be cooked medium. Someone, other than our waitress brought it out. The steak was between well done and shoe leather. I ate a few bites and was waiting for the waitress to come ask us how our meal was. Before she did, my wife and daughter were almost finished eating. She asked me to put it on a plate and she would bring me another one. Umm.. and wait 15 mins for that to cook? I told her no thanks and took a few more bites and I was done. She could at least offered to take something off the bill because of that or let the manager know the cook screwed up the steak. If they have someone in the kitchen who doesn't know how to cook a steak medium, they have some serious issues. I have gotten the steak here before and it was perfect. Still waiting on straws. My husband had to walk to the bar to get a refill. Someone else in our party went to bar to get napkins. Waitress was not friendly at all. Never even smile. I came to Applebee's today for the wings special! Our server was Khalil and he was the BEST! Very attentive, stays on top of each table and doesn't take to much time at anyone. He truly caters to you! I'm very upset that we received dirty horsd'oeuvres plates that had spaghetti sauce on them and felt greasy! Here we are fighting Coronavirus and we get dirty slimy plates. I must say everytime I come to this location they never have double crunch bone in wings. This time I ordered them they were out of course,and after taking my order I was updated as such. I have no idea why this location has such low ratings. We had a good time here! Service was good and half price appetizers at night (past 9pm) are DEFINITELY worth it. The boneless wings are very saucy and the breading is a bit thick. Quesadillas are decent but not too flavorful. Spinach Artichoke dip was what you would expect and not bad at all. Our waitress Naktia was great but we came in at 5pm on Saturday and they only had one server working. My husband ordered the sirloin steak and what ever they served to us was not steak. It tasted like chicken, fish, and beef thrown together. The plate was hot but not the food. I would definitely recommend not ordering steak or beef products from here. I am disgusted with Applebees I went to your location after 6:00 pm today. I ordered the ribs again. All five racks were plain cold, but you only took about 8 minutes to run them to my table. I sent it back and cancelled my order. I sat and watched my son eat his chicken strips. The customers sitting behind me also had problems. It's sad to say but Wendy's would have been a better option. If I try Applebees again this year it will not be your location. The manager may need to relocate. That is 4 out of 6 bad experiences at this location over a two year period. Waitress was friendly (Emma C) but was not informative or upfront about prices. I was charged 3.29 for soda refills because I ordered ginger ale and it came from the bar. I was only informed this at the time of checkout. Booth was totally unclean, Waitress walked in seat to clean table and left foot prints all over seat. Plates were brought to table filthy and were replaced with filthy dishes, silverware had to be soaked in hot water (also dirty). I ordered a side order of boneless wings because I did not want to spend 12.99 on the endless wings Promotion and this was discussed prior to my order and was only informed at checkout that a regular order was also 12.99 (I would not have purchased.) Once food was ordered waffle fries were hard and cold, onion rings & chicken tenders were overcooked and cold, cheeseburger & fries was over cooked.
