I ordered off the lunch menu and got a house salad and the three cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. They were literally only 4 bites of chicken on my mac and cheese. A bunch of the pasta was cooked in a clump, requiring me to cut it into bites with my fork. The bacon on the mac and cheese was underdone. The salad was ok, but the bacon on it was burned. 1pm on a Saturday. Waited 4 minutes at door, no hostess and no one even said anything. Once the hostess saw us, with no smile said it would be a second then went to a table of guests, talked a minute or so then came back to us and gave us our seats. 15 minutes later with no contact from anyone walking by us, very busy. This bothered me more because I could see the manager and a waitress in the office. I finally waved a menu to get someone to come over, we asked for the manager. Told him of our experience and he was very apologetic and started serving us. Very agreeable at this point. After we ordered we noticed that that manager stayed on the floor serving other guests and watching the waitress serve us. In my business, we have a rush "sacred hour", where everyone is in service mode, especially the leader. Might think about something as I noticed a trend of service issues. Ordered my wings at 8:57pm and didn't get them until 9:20pm. And according to the snoody waitress 8:57 isn't close enough to 9 to get half price wings ( only reason I even came). So I have to pay full price for wings that took 25 mins to arrive to me only to be cold on a night where it wasn't even busy. Applebee's hoeing. read more

I eat here a lot and I always ask for Justin Blount. He is a great waiter. Food is a bit pricey unless you go for the 2 for 20 with a buddy. It taste good. I would recommend any night except for Tuesdays ( unless you enjoy drunk people sounding like shrilling banshees singing Karaoke ) read more

Called ahead to ask if they would have the Packer game available to watch. Was told I only had to request one of the TVs to be changed to that channel. When we got there, we asked to have the tv in our booth to be changed. There were at least 5 tv's with the Dallas game on and we're told they couldn't change the Chanel because other patrons requested to watch the Dallas game. Not very accommodating. read more

We ate at Applebee's recently. The food was very good and our waitress Amber was excellent! She made sure to check on us and refill our drinks. She even gave me a sample of the pomegranate lemonade which tasted really good. I really like this restaurant and would recommend it! read more

Went on a Friday evening. Service was excellent. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and onion rings. The only deduct from the whole experience was the additional wait time due to the kitchen preparing my wife's Classic Hamburger with cheese and starting over when they discovered the error. Our Server was very apologetic about it. We would've taken it that way had they asked, no big deal. Overall the restaurant was clean, service excellent and food quality was really good. It was lunch. Seemed to be retired ladies day out. Music too loud. (cannot turn down because of "corporate") Bartender was our waiter. Nice enough...had to flag him down for napkins and check. Ketchup was empty so we snatched the one on table next to us...it was way low too. Something was up...the manager kept walking the same circular path thru the place...working up an obvious sweat.....felt bad for the guy....not doing anything with customers....just circle and circle and circle and sweat. read more

Everything we tried was good tonight including the brisket nachos, cowboy burger, brunch burger, all-in burger, crispy brewhouse chicken, sweet potato fries, onion rings, and the blondie brownie. The food was all hot except for the regular fries. However, the sweet potato fries were fresh and hot. The waitress had good recommendations except regarding wine (she didn't have any wine suggestions since she doesn't drink wine). The only problem was that the all-in burger had onions in it even though we ordered it without onions. The waitress was nice and asked the cooks to make another for us. read more

The service Hannah, had no personality, and was not helpful, went out of her way to ignore our table. Food was sub-par. Messed up our take-out order, and was overall an unpleasant experience. Applebee's used to be one of our favorite places we visited often but now it is just not worth what he had to pay. read more

I can see why the rating of this place is so low. Waited 6 min for a server to greet us, nothing. Got up and spoke to a server and asked if we could get service. Nothing. 8 min, asked the host... Still nothing. 10 min in and now I've asked the bartender to get a manager so we can speak with them... Nothing. 12 min in and finally got a server to take our drink order, still no manager, the host is now singing karaoke and there is a 10 top table directly next to us that hasn't been bussed the whole time. Poorly run, poorly operated and clearly the management doesn't care about any quality of service. If I could throw down zero stars I would. If it wasn't the only place open we would have left already. Waited til the food came out before I post... One plate 7 wings, the other 9 and the third barely tossed in the sauce. Still... No manager visit. Food look warm, manager finally came with a made up excuse and then brought out the 2 wings that was missing. Server we did have was good. read more

Had a little bachelor party there on September 29, 2016. The manager on duty had our table set up when we got there and the service was great!. The food was very good and came in a reasonable amount of time. Our server was very friendly and made sure we had every thing we needed. All this and the place was full... Saturday 11:00am not very busy waited 15 min for a drink waiter was nice enough but slow he was trained to keep his head down as he waited on a customer as to not get flagged by another, did one thing at a time received our meal and found trash in the bottom of the bowl a plastic container lid that was quite dirty. Called for a manager had to go find someone to go get him the only thing he had to say was at least it was their kitchen trash although it is comforting that they do not go outside to get trash to bring in, told him it take it away and bring the check we want to leave. He comes back and does us the favor of comping the meal but continues to defend that the trash was from his kitchen I don't know how many times I said don't care where it come from no apology from Mr. Eastwood just keep taking up for his staff that he is more interested in being the college girls and guys best friends with that being a manager never again will we go to a applebees. read more
