I suppose that I am still an Apple girl. I own a MacBook Air and two Mac minis. I still love my iPod classic. I have an iPad. All work fine, with my oldest item being at least ten years old. Over two years ago, I switched from an iPhone to a Google Pixel phone. I am so enamoured with the latter than I recently upgraded to the Google Pixel 2 XL. These days, I rarely step into an Apple store. The last time I did was to bring my Mac mini in for technical help. In general, my Apple products have rarely let me down. I stopped by this Apple store at Conestoga Mall to browse. It was my first time there and I was curious about the iPhone XS and XS Max models. They look stunning when you walk into the store. What I have always loved about Apple stores is that you can play with their products. These phones were sleek and felt good in my hand. The iPhone XS Max is a smidge smaller in width and height to my Google Pixel 2 XL phone. As far as costs, go, the former is crazy expensive if you are buying them outright. I loved spend time at this store looking at everything from the Apple watch to accessories from my laptop. It's minimalist and clean, as you'd expect from Apple. It's a nice store. (361) read more

Megan is fantastic. She answered all my question (and there were tonnes) with patience and a smile. Didn't let me feel like the idiot I did walking in. Got me all set with my new iPad and got it configured with my old iPad and older iPhone. Thanks Megan you rock! and I hope the bosses appreciate you and your kindness. Bought an iphone 12 promax with screen protector of $1806.50 and the sale rep told me the screen protector has life warranty and yesterday I went back to store at Conestoga mall in Waterloo and the manager told me she can sell me another screen protector but the can not honour the previous one because it belongs to the third party. What a scam read more

Disappointed with my experiences with Apple so far. The store representatives had really big claims that all became untrue when we called Apple to check the status of our order. Customer service is poor. Apple Support reps will put you on hold, just to come back after 4 minutes and tell you 'Oh my computer is so slow'... 'I'm just loading all the information...' and they'll hang up. This has happened more than once. Oh, and make sure you know the difference between an iTunes Card and an Apple Card. read more

This is the first time at this location. It is my first time being extremely disappointed with Apple customer service. My mother's iPad was bought by my brother who lives in PEI. When I called Apple they said he had to transfer the ownership over to our mom before they could assist with what I needed help for. My brother calls Apple to do this and they tell him we can go to any Apple store to have this done. I live in Toronto, my mother lives in Cambridge and the Apple store is in Waterloo. I rented a car, picked up my mother and drove her to Waterloo. $100 for the rental car + gas. Guess what?! The Apple store employee had us (me) call Apple customer service while we were there and they said my brother has to email his receipt to them to show proof (he bought it years ago, doesn't have the receipt) that it is his iPad then it could be put in our mom's name and wiped clean. I lost my $hit! In this day and age of technology you would think a phone call from my brother to confirm he made the purchase, have a note placed on the file, then we could take care of the rest. Nooooo! Not possible apparently. The staff person in the store tried doing a few different things but nothing would work. The only option would take days to resolve and I would not be able follow-up because I live in a different city. This experience has changed my opinion of Apple for the worse. read more

Worst Place to visit. They don't know what they talk and will contradict themselves. I really wish I could give Zero Star. I really hope they'll start treating customers good and stop treating them with a biased views. read more

If you have another Apple Store close by go to it instead The manager at this store is argumentative and they have no respect for peoples time. I can not speak for everyone at this store but the manager and another Indian guy I dealt with were unfriendly and surely. They have this overall arrogance about them as if they are doing you a favour to make you wait and waste your time and feel the need to argue with you rather then apologize. i had to get a battery replaced and waited 35 minutes only to be told it would take over two hours to replace. When I talked to the manager and suggested that that might be something you would inform a customer of from the beginning he just proceeded to argue with me and make ridiculous comparison's auto body shops and the time it takes to get your car repaired. All the guy had to say was I am sorry we did not respect your time and manage expectations from initial intake but he chose to argue instead. I called corporate and booked an appointment with a very nice rep and went back and got a surely Indian guy that told me the phone would take 3.5 hours. This guy was about as friendly as a CBSA agent. Go to any other Apple store unless you enjoy being treated like crap. read more

This place was hopping - day before university classes start. Yet, there was plenty of staff, and I easily found someone who explained exactly what I needed. Was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. read more

First my iPhone gets slow after an update. Then Apple apologizes and promises to replace batteries for cheaper. It takes 50 mins to ORDER a new battery, and they won't actually replace the battery before 2 months. Never buying an Apple product again. Terrible customer service for the prize. read more

If you need something Apple this is the place to go. The downside is that the prices for accessories can be higher and the store is generally very busy making it hard to find help. On the plus side they email receipts - sweet! read more

The customer service people I have been on the phone with for the past few months completely suck, my computer mousepad has been completely broken for the past 4 months and they refuse to help me. Also I've been talking to them the whole morning about a Apple Watch and they have completely done absolutely nothing! I wish I can give you no stars, but sadly I have to give you one star... read more

This is the WORST store ever. Many staff running around wanting to sell the Apple products. Once you buy, you're put around a table with up to five other people, who are all asking questions about different purchases. Disgusted! read more

The employees at this store are great. At least the ones I dealt with. Communication amongst themselves is a little low as I explained my issue to many of their technicians down there when I had my MacBook Pro give me some issue. But they where able to get me back up and going and it was greatly appreciated. The store gets crowded very quickly but on a few occasions I have been there the employees where always able to squeeze me in with some help. Awesome vibe and great staff. Thank you. read more

I do not use apple products but my kids do, They are absolutely very helpful.
