Never have we encountered such a professional, dedicated, precise and honest firm run by Charlie Patterson as Quality Landscape. From the very first contact, he proved to be superior to others.  Our property and lawns were decimated due to construction and to make matters worse, we had a drainage issue which required contouring for proper water flow away from the house, as well as construction of a new retaining wall.  We called 2 firms recommended by Angie...no response.  I did my own search and called Quality due to their 5 star rating.  Charlie was at our home within days as promised, came back again for another look at the retaining wall and promised a proposal by the end of the week which we received.  The work began on Wednesday, through Saturday, and was completed the following Wednesday, with over 18,000 square feet of topsoil, sod and mulch.  The new retaining wall is a work of art.  He works side by side with his crews.  His professionalism, easy demeanor, dedication, attention to detail, honesty and quality work is a refreshing change from the ordinary, and greatly appreciated by us. I attempted multiple times to handle a serious issue privately and professionally involving equipment stolen and seen using it on FB post etc. When I arrived with law enforcement to try and verify the equipment, the business owner refused to cooperate or allow the officer to view it, despite the situation potentially being resolved very quickly through simple transparency. As someone who depends on this equipment for work, the lack of concern and accountability was extremely disappointing. What was even more concerning to me was the company's continued support of an employee "with multiple and recent DV and theft charges" despite repeated issues and complaints surrounding his conduct. Instead of helping resolve the matter professionally, I was met with denial and resistance. I have documented conversations, screenshots, photos, and other evidence connected to this situation and will continue pursuing the proper channels. I believe businesses should operate with honesty, professionalism, and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

This guys were absolutely amazing. They cut down A HUUUGE tree...can't recall if it was an oak…read moreor maple--work was done in Oct. of 2018--then another full tree, and "trimmed" two others. I say "trimmed" bcuz the "leads"--as they're properly called in Forestry (I did not know this)--were as large as MOST TREES. The guys worked their butts off: Started around 8:30-9 on a Saturday am and ended up finishing around 7p on Sunday night. Now here's the kicker: When they were done with all the cutting/loading of wood/brush--and I mean they took EV. RY. SINGLE STICK--the owner went around with a leaf blower and basically cleaned my entire yard. We had an old pile of decrepit wood that they took as well. And oh, btw: they ground every stump, INCLUDING A BONUS ONE FR A TREE THAT I'D CUT DOWN PREVIOUSLY. I'm sure with the state of the world, their prices have climbed commensurate with inflation, but at the time, they did allllll the work I'd mentioned for $4500. I was thoroughly impressed & astounded. I BELIEVE "the son" has taken over the business now, but my lord, was I ever impressed with this company.
