I met with the tech who shoved this obnoxious mouth piece in to open my mouth more so she could actually take pictures with her camera. I told her it hurt and she continued. The orthodontist then came in and told me there would be another consultation fee that insurance does not cover, of 850.00 just to have a meeting between her, my dentist and myself. We take card. She then proceeded to tell me how much of an overbite I had and it's not guaranteed braces would fix it. She also rudely said I have a speech impediment and I needed to go to speech therapy!! I was horrified! I left the office almost in tears, because I speak very clearly and absolutely have no speech impediment. They said it would be about 7, 000.00 not including the 850.00 for the consultation!!! They are a CASH COW!! They're rude, obnoxious and out for money! That's it. Don't go here!

The rudeness from the staff alone will make you want to stay away, they had no patiences and kept telling my 2 YEAR OLD that he was rude so ignorantly. He was having mouth pain and all they did was throw antibiotics at us to give him. Fast forward a Couple months to now , my 2 yr old still has the same mouth issues. We went for a different opinion , come to fine out he has a serve case of misalignment jaw and will need surgery. The most disturbing part is how they tried to convince my sister-inlaw to pull her perfectly pearly white FRONT TOOTH ! Thank God she didn't listen and got a second opinion! I mean FRONT TOOTH! The cherry on top was when my husband went in and endure the rudeness's once again and was told by Dr.Andy that my husband has cracked his tooth and needs a crown blah blah blah. Twice in the last three years I have received both texts and emails reminding me of an up and coming appointment. After arriving I'm told I was not on their schedule. I was scheduled for an appointment on June 9th 2026 at 9:30AM. The week prior, a crown came off a back moler. I replied back to the reminder text regarding the issue. They immediately called and suggested I arrive at 9:00 rather than 9:30 in order for Dr. Fox to evaluate his repair. When I arrived this morning, I was told I was not on the schedule to be seen. The young lady gawked at the computer screen. Then looked up and said. "How about July 28th"? I explained my situation and she was clueless of what to do. After I said I'd go to another dentist, another young lady looked up and came to help MS Clueless. She was much brighter. She offered the next day June 10th at 9:00AM. I thanked her and asked her to schedule the appointment. Later in the day, I received both email and text reminders. The email came with an apology. Once Dr. Fox completes the repair, I'm not sure I'll ever return. I own my my own business and inefficieny is never allowed from my employees.
