I had to have them removed which left me with missing front teeth that make me feel embarrassed to smile or speak due to his negligence. He also charged me $3k for partials that were unusable, even before his shoddy work was removed. The roof of the mouth was so low, I could feel water sitting up there that couldn't be swallowed. Even without drinking, the upper partial made my mouth fell so full, it made me gag. Six years later after he caused my deformity that caused my agoraphiba, I get a bill for $1000 from collections. The Oehlers were very courteous and quickly acknowledged that they did, in fact, accept our dental insurance plan. We were able to set up appointments for my wife and myself within a very short timeframe. The paperwork was simple and was easily filled out. YAY!!! My wife and I had appointments on different days, but that was fine and fit our schedules well. We were provided a top quality dental exam and cleaning. The hygienist was very pleasant for both of us and they explained what they were doing at every step of the cleaning and exam. I cannot say enough great things about them. I took my almost 5 year old daughter there for her first visit. It's not a pediatric dentist but that was not an issue in any way. Rene was our dental hygienist. She was absolutely amazing with my daughter. She was so friendly. She told my daughter from the beginning everything she was going to do. Everything. Not once was my daughter scared. She was very interested in what Rene was doing. Dr. Barb came in shortly afterwards. She was great too. Very kid friendly. They also scheduled the first appointment really quickly. I will be switching from my dental office to this one for myself and my husband. I absolutely had a great first impression.

They provide "estimated costs" that seem wildly inaccurate, require payment before procedures, and then quietly hand you additional balances while you're still coming out of anesthesia. Insurance processing is explained in circles, refunds take forever, and asking billing questions is apparently treated as a personal inconvenience to the staff. Funny how payments are immediate when they want money, but refunds suddenly require 30+ days and endless follow-ups. Patients deserve clear communication and honest billing practices -- not confusion and attitude.

Upon arrival, I was greeted at the front desk and filled out standard paperwork. I went into the office space and had a lengthy conversation with Tori. She told me I would not be able to receive a consultation with the dentist until I filled out paperwork to see if I would qualify for financing. I told her that I wanted to have an evaluation of my teeth and a treatment plan first as stated in the advertisement and when scheduling the appointment. Tori said that is not an option because they have to see what I can afford. I declined to do the financing paperwork up front so I was escorted out of the building. The worst part was the dentist, Dr. Boscia, would not even come to the room to greet me, acknowledge me or discuss me being a potential client. This was so unprofessional. It's days later and I am still in shock. I have never had a more humiliating and degrading experience in my life.
