Had 2 molars prepped for crowns here. Was a little anxious having never had anything more than a filling done, but the staff took great care of me and there was no pain whatsoever. They took their time in crafting the temporary crowns, making sure they were comfortable and not touching when I bit down. The next morning my teeth feel like nothing has happened to them, a very positive experience overall. Looking forward to getting the permanent crowns put on in a few weeks so I can resume eating sticky or hard foods. read more

I have been a patient along with my family for 15 years . They don't answer their phones . I called with a dental emergency on September 17, 2026. No one ever returned my call. I called the office two times , finally someone answered the phone and they wouldn't be able to see me for a week. There's always different doctors. They don't tell you when doctors leave their office. They just replaced them. I would not recommend creative smiles. read more

Great experience with a dentist. They were actually completely booked but when I explained the issue I was having they made time for me and not only identified the issue but did an absolutely amazing job fixing my tooth. They gave me a recommendation of what else I could use and had it from most important to items that could be done over time if expenses was a concern, which actually was concerning to me until I saw their prices. Amazingly affordable! read more

Has an appointment in October 2023. Due to other medical issues, I had to cancel. Tried to reschedule, and there were no hyenists available for 6 months. The office person said they'd put me an appointment to cancel call list. They did and called 2 different times. However, I couldn't attend either offer due to recovery from back previous surgery. Haven't heard from them since. Fairly good dentist and hygienist but scheduling sucks. Called a new dentist and got in the next day. read more

My husband and I have been going to Creative Smiles since 2021. Originally Dr. Jennifer Tharp was our dentist, but she is no longer at this facility. We made checkup appointments on May 8, 2024 for our next 6 months checkup and cleaning at that time. I had a tooth removed from Dr. Megan Nuxell on June 6, 2024, actually she had to have help from Dr. Hanah Hassouneh. It took 2 hours to get that tooth out, first Dr. Nuxell trying to get it out herself and then had to get Dr. Hassouneh to help. This is bad enough. Just recently my husband and I received two cards in the mail saying it is time to schedule your checkups and to make an appointment. I called and said I don't understand we are already scheduled for our appointments. The receptionist checked and she said there are no appointments scheduled. Apparently, they gave our appointments to somebody else. Needless to say we will not be going back. The two dentist are fairly young and need more experience. Joann O. read more

Wow. I have been coming here for over 10 years. Never have I ever thought I would be writing this review. First of all, my daughter saw the wrong doctor. My wife called the day before and verified it was with Dr Tharp. Did she see Dr Tharp, only after this was brought to our attention a whole another doctor showed up. The front office staff was not organized, they were going from paper to paperless and could tell that no one knew what they were doing. Then my daughter gets not only talked to about her teeth, but criticized for how bad they are. She was accused of eating sugar foods ( first off she hates sugar foods), and also was told (she's 15) her orthodontist did a horrible job on her teeth. After the dental assistant complained about how horrible she was to her teeth and accused her of not sleeping with her retainer (ummm she does I promise you) she then went into me on how my daughter doesn't take care of her teeth (do you know she brushes like 4 times a day and refuses to drink soda because it might discolor them). Then I was handed a treatment plan costing over 1,000, and told that my daughters orthodontist did a horrible job and stuff would need to get fixed. We just saw him a couple weeks ago and there were no issues. He is the best in town). The way you treated not only my 15 year old daughter and belittled her to her face was the worst service I have ever seen. We will not be coming back to be talked to that we are nothing. If you want to go and get belittled this is your place. Our daughter use to love going to the dentist today she left crying and six she never wanted to see another one again. Good job at doing your job. read more

I like the people and the dentists at this location and always thought their practices were honest and fair. However, I know we are in a pandemic and all, but a lead time of seven months to get an appointment for a simple cleaning?! Maybe they shouldn't have committed to taking in the amount of new patients if you are making your committed clientele, who have been going here for years, wait seven months for a cleaning. Hope that wait list comes through! read more

Jennifer Tharp is hands down one of the most charismatic, educated, hardworking professional I have ever encountered and in every visit that I have ever had with her, she has shown me a level of care I have never experienced with any prior doctor. She is extremely talented, and dedicated to her work, and will forever be my jentist read more

Had a loose tooth and very limited time to address it. They got me in within 48 hours and I was able to get it extracted and a partial to replace it the next day. The whole office team were great. Personable, professional. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Update: Today I phoned MetLife to confirm my out of pocket costs these liars told me which was $711 for a root canal and $211 x 2 for a SRP deep cleaning. I am covered at 100% for both services, they just wanted money out of me, scams! *******CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE BELIEVING ANYTHING THESE PPL TELL YOU!!!******* My 1st time here was completely wasted and I WILL NOT BE BACK! No clear communication on my treatment, I was not able to get anything done specifically my broken tooth repaired and a cleaning. I left here feeling insecure same way I came!! They were too busy to tend to me I was told by the dentist. So disrespectful. I have the top insurance of the line plan with MetLife and this is the thanks I get? Never again! I'm extremely livid. NOT ONE of my issues were resolved. I was told as an excuse by the dentist my visit was just a consultation, a bunch of bull! I'm a stb 37 yr old that has no time for just a "consultation". These ppl must be crazy! Completely dissatisfied! Oh and I had to come back in after leaving to ask for oral rinse I was told I would be given by the dentist for GUM DISEASE. No apologies or nothing. read more

While going to the dentist is not something a lot of people look forward to, the staff at Family Dental Care makes you feel comfortable. While I really liked Dr. Tang and will miss him, I think Dr. King is wonderful. She is very thorough and takes the time to listen and explain any details. I have been going to Family Dental Care at Winghaven for years and will continue to be a patient there for many years to come. Highly recommended! read more

Been with them for a couple of years...have 3kids. I always try to bring my 2oldest in at the same time, but the last couple of times there have been problems withtheir appointments. Looking for a dental office where the staff can handle making accurate appointments. read more

I have been going here for about 2 years to see Dr. Duc Tang. His staff is very friendly and always makes sure you are comfortable. Dr Tang is very personable and always remembers me and makes small talk. They are very thorough and I trust my mouth here. I have had a range of dental work to be done here and I dont know what it is but getting a cavity filled never hurts here. I feel like the dont try to upsell work that isnt necessary. read more

I have been going to Family Dental Care at Winghaven for many years now. The team is always very welcoming. They assign the same hygienist every time which is nice for consistency and knowledge of dental history. I hardly have a wait time and the cleanings are done in a timely manner. The main dentist is very nice young gal and I recommend this dentist to any new patients! read more

The dentist told me I needed TWO root canals, totaling over $3000.00. When he showed me the x-rays, I could not see what he was referring to. So, I got a second and third opinion. Neither dentist could detect a reason for any work to be done. read more

Recently a new dentist has joined this practice, Dr. Jeanine Sasek. I have had my share of dental work over the years but have never come in contact with someone as incompetent as her. I had an abscess that needed a root canal and she agreed to take of the problem assuring me that the pain would go away. Not only did it not go away, it got worse. She worked on an infected tooth without any antibiotics, despite my asking for them--not my first rodeo. The pain became so excruciating that she finally sent me to an endodontist who--yep you guessed it--started me on antibiotics and steroids to reduce the infection and inflammation so that the root canal could be done properly. When going back to get the crown fitted, she had to fix a filling that she bungled on the previous visit and attempted to numb me up. She couldn't do it! She had a hygenist come in and do it--worst shot in my life. The only reason I stayed was because I wanted to get this hell over with. I would not recommend this office to anyone. read more

The staff is great, I have always been treated wonderfully and love the spirit they all bring to their work. They are considerate, honest and do a great job making everyone comfortable. Unfortunately, I have received spotty dentist work, which has since been re-done by my new dentist. First, I had a cavity filled less than a year ago and after several months I encountered the same sensitivity I was before. I ended up having it re-filled at another office. Secondly, and more importantly, I had a root canal performed also less than a year ago. This has been a major mess for me. It started failing about 6 months after it was done. I started having headaches, lots of pressure and excessive sensitivity. I went to my new dentist, who referred me to an Endodontist. He drilled through my crown, which was set by Dr. Tang, and found my root canal was abscessing because not all of the pulp was removed. The Endo told me that my previous dentist did not go far enough down to remove the roots. Dr. Tang also used "one-size fits all" fillers which cannot fill the canals completely, leading to leakage. Lastly, my crown was not set properly and also has a small hole in the side. This has really been a major set back for me. It took me months to appeal my insurance to have them pay for a re-treatment on the root canal because it had been completed less than 3 years ago. I am also paying for the new crown out of pocket. Overall, I would go to have my teeth cleaned, but nothing more. The staff was definitely unbelievable and I commend them for their awesome customer service. I only which I knew of Dr. Tang's inexperience before I had major work done there. :/ read more
