Los Manzaneros is on Rock Island Road, a block south of the Sellers Bridge in East Wenatchee. With off-street parking--access is easy. I ordered the "Bionico Fresa" which is a sliced strawberry salad with a creamy almost lemony dressing. It was cold and absolutely delicious! I watched Marie, the owner, cut all the fruit to order and dress the salad. We spoke in Spanish and I asked if how long the store has been here in Wenatchee? "Dos Años!" She's an experienced restauranteur and it shows in her equipment and kitchen layout. Her operation is in full view and it's all clean, well organized, and well lighted...obviously not her first rodeo (but enough of that). Los Manzaneros serves a selection of fruit and vegetable flavors common to both North and Central America, in the form of Juices, Smoothies, iced soft drinks and shaved ices - Mango, Jicama, Cucumber, Pineapple, Banana, Watermelon, Papaya, Spinach, Tajin, Celery, Beets, Lemon, Chamoy, and Tamarind.
