Tony, whom is a very nice guy DID NOT communicate to me that since the original breaks I brought to have put on made a grinding noise that I would have to pay the SAME PRICE twice in one day to perform the service again. Now I understand that he performed the service twice, so getting paid twice makes sense. I would have rather them communicate that to me instead of assuming I understood how these things work. Give your customer the OPTION to go elsewhere. I wouldn't have drove 1hour total just to come back and pay $130 To get my FRONT brakes changed. He could have at least took half off. Not to mention he didn't know my rotors aren't even a year old and tried to swindle me into refacing (resurfacing) my brand new rotors for an additional $100. (Picture of rotors below) With that being said, I've been coming here for 4 years concerning my 07 Honda Accord, but with this experience I will not be bringing back either of my vehicles unless hell freezes over and I will not recommend new business any further. I'm giving 2 stars because Tai (the owner) has been great up until he hired this guy.

I had Sherman come out to look at both my 2012 Toyota Camry and my 2010 Chevy Impala, and I…read morecouldn't be happier with the service. My Camry had a no-start issue, and instead of trying to sell me a starter or some expensive repair like less honest mechanics might have done, Sherman took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that a connector wasn't plugged in correctly. He fixed it quickly and had the car running again. On my Impala, he completed an oil change and repaired my cigarette lighter outlets, which had been damaged by an overpowered device that had melted part of the circuit. Everything is working properly now. He arrived on time, was professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. He even followed up by sending me a PDF with diagnostic codes and a detailed list of recommended maintenance items for future service. It's hard to find mechanics who are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent, but Sherman checked all three boxes. This was easily a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. I appreciate the work, the honesty, and the professionalism. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.

As it turned out, she just needed a hole plugged. It was plugged without any up-selling. I'm sure she appreciated that! Without the fancy red Camaro out front, you might arrive but not notice the entrance and the grounds are horrible - holes in the ground everywhere. Ironic for a tire shop. When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.
