Windshield smacked and smashed from a tree; from Helene! After some tedious body work to straighten up the cab roof, I searched for, and found,"Apple Auto Glass" on a recommend from a neighbor. And then I found that they have a "Mobile" service available. Perfect! Chris came the next day! and installed it for me. I live a bit away, but was willing to pay extra for them to come to me at my place up on the mountain. Can't Thank them enough! Call them for "your" needs! A tree limb came down on and shattered my Outback's windshield. I called Apple on a Saturday morning, dropped my car off, and picked it up same day. No one else I called (if they were even open on the weekend) had the glass. Apple was also the least expensive. Thanks again! read more

I used to think this place was affordable. It used to be. Today I was charged $100 for a used rear window on a '98 Ford van! It took him 4 screws to unscrew and screw back, and 5 minutes of his total time. I can do math. $1500 an hr is rediculous. That's what his charge boiled down to. It's too bad I was out of town working and needed to get back asap or I would have definitely found somewhere else to go. I will never return. If you have the time to find another place, I guarantee you will save money and time. No bueno amigo. read more

Some dolt decided to break my back driver's side window last night. Took two hours for the police to file a report as I was waiting in the cold rain. With that ultimately past me, I wasn't looking forward to having to pay a pretty penny to get the window replaced. I did my research and got a quote from from the obvious well known choice for window replacements. Then, I asked a group of friends who they would suggest. I'm glad I did. They referred me to Apple Auto Glass. I called them up first thing in the morning. They didn't have my specific window in stock, but were able to get it within 4 hours. I showed up, he replaced the window within an hour, most of which was spent meticulously vacuuming the shards of glass that littered the inside of my car and the inside of the door frame. I've only had the window for about 2 hours, but it looks like new and functions without issue. The location in the flea market leaves something to be desired, but if the service and product is good, I don't mind at all. That just means I'm not paying extra for a fancy website, call center, and multiple layers of management. I would go here again, and would refer others. read more
