I'm first to review, which seems odd because this food truck has been around for a while now…read more Bottom line: very good, but very small. I got the chicken taco plate two hours ago and I'm hungry again. The chicken was very flavorful, with almost an adobo type of marinade, and the onion and cilantro on top made for a pretty legit soft corn taco. But there was just so little - an order of four was $14, which is pretty standard for food trucks at this point, but I could easily have put down another order or two to feel like I actually ate lunch. I might try something else, maybe the quesadilla next time, since they were tasty, but the portions need to be upped to match the price. I should note that your order comes with a bottle of water or a soda, but I would still prefer more food for my money.

Every now and then God sees favor in you and helps you stumble into an exceptional foodie…read moreexperience. Well the favor was bestowed upon me by finding this yellow food truck aka The Yum Bus. Everything is made to order and it comes out hot and fresh. I've been here about 5 times now and have only ordered one thing. Papa's Cheese burger. It is a mouth watering cheeseburger with fresh ground beef cooked how you like and is accompanied by onions, tomatoes, lettuce and a soft chewy and crisp brioche bun. I don't know if I should be ashamed or proud of how fast I gobble down the burger, but it seems to just glide down my gullet like a sled down a fresh snowy hill. It quite honestly may be the best burger I've had. It's also served with a heaping helping of fries which are always crispy and piping hot. The owner is a gentlemen and very accommodating and a pleasure to interact with. They have some makeshift tables out in front for you to stand and enjoy your food while taking in the mountain air and surrounding mountains. If you're ever in Bailey stop in and treat yourself you won't be disappointed.

She might have been one of the owners, but how friendly and inviting she was really elevated my mood and overall experience. She was super helpful and ran me through what was left of the available bagel options. The rosemary, thyme and sea salt bagel really caught my eye, especially given there were only 3 of them left. I pulled the trigger on it and got it with the lean supreme (turkey sausage, provolone, and egg whites with scallions) which only costed me shy of $11. I'm confident to say that was hands down one of the best bagels I've ever had. The scallions were an amazing touch on the egg whites, the provolone melted in your mouth, and the turkey sausage didn't even taste like I was eating sausage's skinny legend cousin. Four days later and I'm still dreaming of the bagel I had. Counting down the days till I head out west again to reunite with her...
