Not sure the point of the 'slaw' as a base as it really wasn't edible. That said, the tater tots were delicious--crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly one of the highlights of the meal. Also worth noting, the wait time was short, which was a nice surprise. It is a bit on the pricey side for a food truck, but when you compare it to lobster dishes at a nicer sit-down restaurant, it's probably pretty comparable. Not even a good bun for $25!? Wasted $40!
