This is my third trip to Appalachian PT in the last few years - once for a neck problem, once for a knee problem and now for a rotator cuff problem. I would much rather take PT and avoid surgery and so far I have had complete success. Ray Metzger is a wonderful taskmaster. He works me very hard but I trust him implicitly. I have been working with Linden for a couple of weeks to relieve pain and discomfort in my back and hip. She has provided me various exercises to improve the range of motion and flexibility in these old muscles to help avoid back surgery. I look forward to continues improvement.
