Needless to say, this OG walked to the ladies at the front desk thinking to myself "ok Ladies,...impress me." Brother, they did not disappoint! They had a majority of the new patient paperwork filled out (which is usually very tedious) and for the most part just required met to add a little missing info and sign. Next, they walked me to the back of their clean and spacious office to an examination room where two friendly ladies obtained past medical history etc. **Stay with me, Brother, I'm getting to the good part!*** Finally I was sitting in front of Dr. Rania Tabet and my patient/medical information was reviewed. I quickly concluded that Dr. Tabet was undoubtedly knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. Within minutes after observing and providing an exceptionally detailed explanation of all of my acute vision issues needs, she rolled a plan of action for our short term and long term vision health goals. WHO is this woman???!! LOL ***Brother, do the right thang and stay up to date on your vision care and contact the amazing. Dr. Tablet if needed.*** That's all!! I went in yesterday to get new glasses. Got my exam. The doctor is really nice and professional. When I went to pick out my glasses, I told the clerk that I was on a budget and only had so much to spend. I wanted to know exactly how much my lens were going to be so I know how much I can spend on my frames. Every time I kept asking she came up with another price. Finally when I got the price it was right at my budget. I get a $150 credit towards my frames with my insurance. The problem was that none of their frames are that price or under. I figured that most likely I would have to spend a little more. The cheapest frames they had to offer were Michael Kors. I started to get a little upset. Instead of helping me find something in my price range that other clerk at the counter said "Well you can get your glasses somewhere else if you like" I was floored. Of course she says this after the doctor left. I had enough and said "Ok I will just pay from my exam. I went to pay and the clerk said again "You dont have a yell at us. I had already apologized multiple times for raising my voice. They did not try to help me at all. I know if the doctor would have been there she would have had them help me. Customer service is lost now a days. They didnt even try to help me. Went home and order a pair online for 3 times less than what they were charging me without using my insurance. I didnt want to give a bad review but I felt I needed to. The doctor is super sweet but the staff needs some customer service training. Don't go here if you are on a budget. I will ordering all my glasses online now.

I just called another EYE care company, who dealt very well along with the same wheelchair, grandpa, and his driver without extra POA assistance and any problem pushing wheelchair! This facility has too wrong business' attitude and criteria of acceptance. Seems, it is internally in the office; or they are JUST high maintenance and taking selective patients.

The optometrist was great; I enjoyed chatting with her, and she seemed thorough in the exam. A week after receiving my glasses, I started experiencing neck pain. I noticed I was forcing my neck in awkward and painful positions to see out of my new glasses, mostly during driving and watching tv. But then something else happened. I noticed one of the lenses was loose so I got out my old glasses to inspect (I can't see small screws without glasses). The screw was loose so I tightened it. Then a few days later, the screw was loose again. And then the next week, and so forth. So now i'm stuck with a pair of glasses that require weekly screw tightening. i'm pretty sure they gave me the glasses from the display case as I see no other reason that a brand new pair of glasses would already require weekly screw tightening. I will not return to Today's Vision. I should have stuck to my OG eye doctor, but Today's Vision is convenient to my home. The staff is attentive as soon as you walk in and explain each procedure in detail. Dr. Ngo is no exception. I've been going to an optometrist for over the last 20 years and have never had as comprehensive of an exam as I did with her. She was definitely knowledgeable but also super personable. Even as a new patient, I felt like I could trust her. She helped identify that I was quickly developing dry eyes and formulated a personalized care plan for me to remedy it. More importantly, she made sure I understood everything in detail and accommodated it to my lifestyle and schedule. As an aside, the layout of the office has the feel of a high-end boutique. It doesn't feel like you're in the waiting room of an optometrist's office. That may not be the deciding factor when choosing an optometrist but it goes to show the staff's attention to detail. After weeks of searching for flattering frames and tearing through six popular retailers, I finally found Memorial Vision. Usually, I'm lucky to have two or three semi-decent choices, so stumbling upon their giant selection of low-bridge-friendly specs was like discovering a hidden treasure trove. Their friendly staff made it easy to find and narrow down my choices, which was not easy since there were at least 10 I was considering. The two ladies who helped me were very sincere and had great suggestions. The level of attention was just right - not overbearing, no car salesman vibes. It felt like I was shopping with friends. While looking around, they even offered to clean my current glasses. Big props to Memorial Vision for having such a stylish and inclusive collection of specs!

I expected a more respectful character from a doctor, whether it was a rejection, explanation, or whatnot. I am truly disgusted and I would advise people to steer clear of this practice, as it appears to lack any and all professionalism and humanity.
