However, after being rudely confronted yesterday by the masseuse, I will take my business to else where. The appointment was as usual except the masseuse stopped a few times to go address walk in customers (which I noted). So at the end, I tipped accordingly (15%) because of the interruptions and this is when customer service went out the window. The tech started pointing at the little sticker that RECOMMENDED 20% to which I asked was it mandatory. She then wanted to keep going but I decided I had enough and left. My recommendation (as a paying customer) to this business is to let go of the entitled attitude, charge what you think you're talents are worth, and stop expecting your customers to give you what you think they should. People work hard for their money and can spend it how and on what they want. As a business, it is so unprofessional to try to argue/bully people into giving you what you feel you're entitled to.

I am a CNA caregiver and have a lot of stress and pain many times due to my type of work. Massage is therapeutic for my aches and pains AND my peace of mind. Sam is my favorite because he gives deep tissue massage with acupressure in my hands and arms. I usually go for the ninety minute massage (I make sure to have the time) ! Some weeks I go twice a week (when I've over worked my muscles) but I definitely go weekly! You will not be disappointed! Always a family friendly place to be ! The ONLY complaint I have is the loud (rude) customers who talk loudly and /or stay on their phones while others are receiving massages . I leave my phone in the car or put it on airplane mode. I think all customers should consider this for the optimum experience of the clients.

I run/play soccer, but horrible at stretching and I'm at the computer for the majority of my job (i.e., lots of tight muscles in my legs, butt, neck, and shoulders). Got rid of my knots. I got a confirmation email for 90 mins as well. I couldn't wait to come here because I was having back and leg pain. When I got here I could tell I was probably one of the last appointments for the day. The girl up front was super friendly and also confirmed my 90 minute prenatal massage. I don't remember my therapist's name but she was very friendly and sweet. I'm rating this 2 stars because she talked the WHOLE time during my massage. I knew her whole life, her husband and kids, the church she went to, where she grew up, etc. I tried to be discreet and close my eyes to give her a hint but she did not take it. It was not relaxing at all. Although the massage was good, I was upset because she only gave me a 60 minute massage. I didn't realize it until I got dressed and saw the clock. I went back to the front and said something to the girl and front desk and she apologized. I didn't get charged for the 90 min massage but still I was really hoping for the full 90 mins. I have no desire to come back here again.
