I have been going to Dr. Abrams for years now --- and absolutely love him --- and his practice. He has always been helpful for me --- and takes time to listen to my needs. My needs are met with a fairly standard chiropractic adjustment --- so after a period of time --- he knew what area(s) were typically affected and could quickly and carefully remedy my issue(s). I do partake in the accoutrements (massage chair, etc.) as required and am appreciative they are available. We became quick friends and I feel completely comfortable in his trustworthy care. I have been coming here going on 9 weeks. Let me give you a little info on my story. Had to have back surgery February 2022 but still have had some back issues and has had horrific left knee pain (to where I could barely walk) and some pain in my right knee. Have went to an Ortho doctor for awhile they did X-rays, etc and couldn't find out what the issue was. Saw an add on Instagram for Dr. Abrams and decided at this point let me try something new. Made an appointment went in and omg this guy was heaven sent. My first appointment I could only bend halfway down after my first treatment I could bend to the floor and get back up with no issue. Thus softwave therapy and spinal decompression have been a " LIFE SAVER!" One of the other reviews referred to this place as "Patient Centered" and I couldn't agree more. I've been having some back issues and was looking for a new Chiropractor, and chose Abrams Chiropractic based on both its reviews as well as its close proximity to my house. I really got lucky with this one. The office is very upscale, current, and relaxing. I had no trouble locating it and parking was ample. Dr. Abrams is a very laid back, knowledgeable and sincere about doing his best to make you feel better and bring relief. As a matter of fact, Chiropractic is just one of the many types of treatments his practice has to offer. I've only had one visit so far, but will say am not only already starting to feel better, but confident that I will experience future improvement. I cannot say enough good things about Abrams. I came in on my first visit in tears because I was in pain and was afraid I would never get my mobility back. This chiropractor is awesome! Very accommodating, they fit me in same day all the time. The therapies offered in addition to your adjustment are better than most. They have a "thumper" that they use on you at each visit if you like that feels amazing. I have been to one other chiropractor 20 years ago that used this massaging machine and have looked for another chiropractor to have one and been disappointed until now. If you have scar tissue issues or chronic pain in a specific area, ask about ultrasound therapy! It has made a HUGE difference in my life. I suffer with degenerative disk disease in my neck and chronic migraines- this therapy helps so much! The adjustments are great and if you have a particular sensitivity to a certain technique used in adjustment, don't worry, Dr Geoff has an arsenal of different techniques he can use! 3 weeks ago I arrived for my first appointment with Dr. Geoff, suffering from a herniated disc in my neck. I was unable to sleep, lift, or exercise. I had to wear a neck brace just to feel comfortable at my desk. All my treatment research pointed to injections, surgery, and physical therapy. I was nervous that Dr. Geoff would tell me the same. I arrived and his staff welcomed me in like family and got me set up in the system. While waiting I enjoyed the massage chairs, heating pad and awesome back massage prep. Met Dr. Geoff and told him what was going on. He listened, evaluated me, and went to work. Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks. 6 visits in, less that $450 spent which included my initial set up and consultation, I'm at 99%. From unable to function and now back to doing cardio. No time off work needed. Rocking and rolling! Pitched batting practice for my son this weekend after spending the day tossing my daughter around in the pool. I don't write many reviews, but I truly felt the need to share my experience. Dr Geoff and staff, during your day you probably see lots of patients.
