Each staff member that I encountered seemed pleasant and welcoming I had the same artist both times (Y.C.). He was very polite and took the time to explain the cons of getting tatts on certain areas as well as helping me to figure what colors would work with the designs I wanted. One of my pieces required two sessions, lasting about 2 hrs each time. He was very considerate: ensured I was comfortable, checked to see how I was doing and offered breaks during the process. The shop is located within a plaza of other businesses so parking is ample. It is cash-only with an on-site ATM as well as one in the parking lot. My only gripe is the cash-only policy,but guess it's not a big deal if you know prior to arrival (in case you don't want to use the lobby ATM). My tattoos turned out great! Billy came highly recommended so I made an appointment with him and he did not disappoint! I was a little nervous as I haven't had any piercings other than my ears, but Billy was so funny and witty and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free for me. When I arrived for my appointment, she tried to sell me on a smaller version of my request, which I rejected. Then she cut out after she did the base work 3- 3 1/2 hours and asked me to let it heal and come back in a month. I had larger tattoos done in one sitting 8-9 hours! When I retuned she filled in some but basically the tattoo is 65% of what I asked for, the price ended up over $500 I will never go back there! They do not appear to appreciate some customers as they care very little. And if I would not have called over 5 times and send e-mails that never where answered, the tattoo would have ended up but an outline of the artwork I submitted. Unlike the owner, she used a tablet to cross reference on a job she did, this girl did't care she just freely filled in what she thought was good enough. The shop especially the owner was highly recommended that's why I chose them over a local shop. Boy what a mistake, rip off and poor customer service. Now I need to find an other shop to complete the job, that's a first.

Ghost is easy to find and is accessible by stairs or elevator. The parking is limited but if you have an early appointment, you'll find parking just fine. The studio is exceptionally clean and the artists thoroughly sanitize throughout and in between sessions, I never once questioned their sanitation. Check-in is a breeze and very welcoming. Every artist that came by was very friendly and chill. I really loved how humble everyone was even with the insane talent they all had. So many tattoo shops can be prideful without the skill to show for it so this was a breath of fresh air. I am personally working with Joey on a sleeve and couldn't be happier with my choice on the artist. He is professional and extremely detailed. It also helps that we vibe making the tattoo sessions easy and fun. I did two back to back sessions that totaled 19 hours and I never felt like tapping out. I have about 8 sessions total and 2 of them are nearly healed. I am absolutely in love with what I have so far and can't wait for the next 4 sessions in August! (Will update photos when complete).
