The staff was welcoming and automatically tended to my needs. I was informed of everything that they were gonna do like sanitizing equipment and in about 10 minutes I got my piercing. The process was nice and quick. I definitely recommend coming to this place for piercings or tattoos. My experience was great. The only thing I would say is that I was charged five dollars for paying with a card with was unexpected.

I called and spoke with Hannah who told me to come in so we could go over what I wanted and where I wanted my tattoo. Zay just happened to be at the shop when I came in, and after a detailed conversation with him he seemed to be the perfect choice for my design. All of the photos I saw of Zay's work were clean and very detailed, so I locked him in as the artist to revitalize an old tattoo that needed resurrecting. Zay and I communicated back and forth until we had the perfect design (which myself and a friend created). He went to work etching my design and soon the transformation began. Zay is very knowledgeable and extremely talented, he did a great job with my tattoo. I had already read rave reviews about her and her work, so I felt super comfortable with her! Not once did I question the sanitation of the environment or any of their methods. She was very informative and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. This is my second nostril piercing, so she took extra time and care into lining up the two piercings as much as possible. She did a fantastic job!
