The piercer was super cautious, very clean, and informative about many things. I will be coming back here to get a tattoo. I loved how quiet, modern, and clean this shop was. Not only is this business local, but the owner is passionate about what he does and you can just feel the passion. Although pricing isn't super cheap, it's worth every penny. He is very careful and only uses jewelry that is premium grade. He gives great tips on aftercare instructions. Do not look anywhere else. I promise you will have a great experience.

After checking out their work, two of the artist that came in at the top of my list were Zay and Connor. I called and spoke with Hannah who told me to come in so we could go over what I wanted and where I wanted my tattoo. Zay just happened to be at the shop when I came in, and after a detailed conversation with him he seemed to be the perfect choice for my design. All of the photos I saw of Zay's work were clean and very detailed, so I locked him in as the artist to revitalize an old tattoo that needed resurrecting. Zay and I communicated back and forth until we had the perfect design (which myself and a friend created). He went to work etching my design and soon the transformation began. Zay is very knowledgeable and extremely talented, he did a great job with my tattoo. If you are looking to get body or ear piercing Bre is your girl, she's excellent with body piercing; and if you're looking for a good, clean, professional tattoo shop with skilled tattoo artists look no further, Elysium Ink Body Art is your place.

I was in tonight to get my industrial pierced. I don't know who the man is who pierced me but he…read morewas shaking uncontrollably from the moment I got to his table. He spent over 40 minutes marking up my ear to find proper placement. The entire time he was shaking, he would erase a mark he made and continue to do the same thing over and over again. He told me to lay down on the wrong side the piercing was supposed to be on. I told him that was the wrong side and he replied "oh yeah duh I forgot". He wasn't making sense with his vocabulary. I was very scared and that's coming from someone who has had many piercings and tattoos from your establishment. He finally got around to piercing the top part of the industrial, and he then walked away from the needle still visibly in my ear to then mark the second hole which took him another 5 or so minutes. I knew something wasn't right. I thought he was done with the entire piercing to be honest. Turns out he was no where near being finished. My friend got up to look and there was a huge pool of blood on the table under my head and coated in my hair. He then proceeded to say he needed to try again with the piercing. I was confused as to what this meant. I then asked if he was going to re pierce a second hole and he became confused and argumentative. He said he needed to re angle it. I was shaking and felt very nauseous. I asked him to please stop the service and he got more argumentative. I was so uncomfortable and quite frankly, traumatized. I ended up leaving with my entire ear bandaged up. This is completely unacceptable that you would have someone that inexperienced and rude working there. It's a a complete safety concern for all other at this establishment. Also, there were no wavers signed and zero accountability for his actions. He was very cold and seemed like he was on something. I am going to let people know, not to come here for their safety. I would like an apology. His apology and I quote was..."I'm sorry bro, but it happens"... I am completely traumatized. This is what I sent to their IG and have not heard anything back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They obviously don't care about the safety of their clients

I went to Inksane on October 15, 2024 and had the worst piercing experience I've ever had. When I…read morearrived, the staff was outside on a smoke break and asked what I wanted to get done. I said that I was looking to get my tongue pierced and when they decided who was going to be piercing me, the chosen man seemed very annoyed. After filling out paperwork, I went to the piercing room and the man did not say one word to me the entire time. He dried my tongue off with a paper towel and then reached for something. I figured it was something to mark my tongue with and then all of the sudden he was piercing my tongue. No warning, no marking, no clamps, nothing. Additionally, he pushed the needle through the top of my tongue excruciatingly slow, and I was in intense pain the entire time, which is abnormal for a tongue piercing. Afterwards, I went to the lobby to pay, and the man still had not said a single word to me. I was told nothing about aftercare either but luckily, I had done my own research before. I did not even want to pay because it was the most unprofessional thing I had ever experienced. I left the shop and proceeded to panic in my car because I was extremely worried about my tongue and if the piercing was placed correctly. Again, luckily, it healed fine, and I did not notice any damage. However, I will never be returning to Inksane. Before this experience, I had gotten my daith pierced at Inksane by Magen, their lead piercer, and had an amazing experience. She was nothing like the man who did my tongue. I was excited to go back and have another good experience but that did not happen, and I will never return. If you are looking to get pierced here, do not allow anyone to pierce you except Magen. Do better Inksane.

Wheeewweeee! It was such a great experience and I'm so glad…read more I've been wanting a tattoo for a while but I was so afraid I'd never get to get one for two reasons. The first reason was my pain tolerance is LOW and after talking to all my friends who had them said it felt like a cheese grater scraping your skin for hours. lol eeek! The second reason was because I keloid if cut too deep so I was afraid of that too. My husband has a huge tattoo from Made to Last but I couldn't go to the same guy because that guy moved out of the city. My good friend said he had a guy who could do it with no problem and he was right! He was also at Made to Last so it was a win win for me. After I knew what a wanted, I booked with Matt Skinny and away I went down the path of getting my tattoo! I LOVE the old house they are in and so admire that they kept the old charm. It so doesn't feel like a tattoo place. Loved all the clientele that walked in and loved all the conversations that were happening around me. I felt comfortable and calm and it took my mind off of the cheese grating that was happening on my arm!!! Lolol! I'm VERY pleased with my results and I've already talked to him about the other tattoo that I want!!! It's only been four days and the tattoo looks as if it's been there for years. It's healing beautifully and I'm shocked. Wahoo!! I'm so proud of myself and happy I didn't chicken out.
