I had already read rave reviews about her and her work, so I felt super comfortable with her! Not once did I question the sanitation of the environment or any of their methods. She was very informative and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. This is my second nostril piercing, so she took extra time and care into lining up the two piercings as much as possible. She did a fantastic job! Detailed aftercare instructions were provided (LITHA - leave it the hell alone!) I can't be happier and I highly recommend Tee for any of your body piercing needs!!

I took my nephew to Banter By Piercing Pagoda which is operated out of a freestanding kiosk in the…read moremiddle of the Concorde Mills mall. I chose this establishment because I did a little research and they train their staff to do proper piercing, they sterilize their equipment properly, wear safety equipment (aka gloves & mask) and they have a nice selection of earrings for your piercing. I brought my nephew here to get his ear pierced for his 18th birthday and we met Tatum who answers all of his questions, calmed his fears and helped him pick out a beautiful earring, and BTW she did a great job piercing his ear. We opted in for the Extended Service Agreement on his earring for $3.99 which covers his ear getting infected, the earring back coming off, or the stone coming out. We also purchased the ear care solution for $13 and we received a discount for only purchasing one earring. I highly recommend Banter By Piercing Pagoda.

Billy came highly recommended so I made an appointment with him and he did not disappoint! I was a little nervous as I haven't had any piercings other than my ears, but Billy was so funny and witty and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free for me. He is a very lovable, easy to talk to, and takes pride in what he does. The studio itself is clean and very well decorated. They have a big variety of jewelry to choose from. They take card or cash. I wish I had known before so I could have brought more. When I do get an idea for a tattoo I'm definitely going back to Billy!

When I arrived for my appointment, she tried to sell me on a smaller version of my request, which I rejected. Then she cut out after she did the base work 3- 3 1/2 hours and asked me to let it heal and come back in a month. I had larger tattoos done in one sitting 8-9 hours! When I retuned she filled in some but basically the tattoo is 65% of what I asked for, the price ended up over $500 I will never go back there! They do not appear to appreciate some customers as they care very little. And if I would not have called over 5 times and send e-mails that never where answered, the tattoo would have ended up but an outline of the artwork I submitted. Unlike the owner, she used a tablet to cross reference on a job she did, this girl did't care she just freely filled in what she thought was good enough. The shop especially the owner was highly recommended that's why I chose them over a local shop. Boy what a mistake, rip off and poor customer service. Now I need to find an other shop to complete the job, that's a first.

They answered right away and were able to give me a quote over the phone, Steph is so kind! The whole experience of getting the piercing was excellent, any questions I had were answered and I felt at ease about the whole process (I had scar tissue from when I first had my ears pierced with a gun so I was concerned about that affecting the process and was able to discuss my concerns and felt reassured that it wouldn't be an issue). Steph was quick and explained everything as she went, we ended up having a great conversation.
