I only had two sessions and provided feedback with the request for new cleaners. Instead of rectifying the situation, the manager dropped me as a client. 2 hours later they replied to my public review telling me to reach out to the manager so they can help me. As it turns out, the furnace just really needed a good cleaning and 'tune up'. When the technician was finished, the furnace ran, and continues to run, better than ever. Every step of what was being done was explained to me and the price was jaw-dropping reasonable. In addition, after the technician finished, he cleaned up and vacuumed the work area to the point of it being cleaner that when he showed up.
