After waiting all day without any feedback, we finally called to inquire about our older vehicle, a 2008 Mercury Sable, did not due to an issue with a side light. The young lady proceeded to tell us it didn't pass inspection b/c it needed tires, and there was an issue w/a side light, but they were looking for the part. So not thinking it was a major problem, we had requested an oil change and said go ahead with the new tires & fix the side light. The next day rolls around and we're told they can't find the part. The car is old, so we're thinking oh my! We just spent close to $700 dollars for a car we'll have to scrap?! Why would they do the other work if they didn't have a supplier for the side light? Not feeling very confident in their response or expertise, we contacted our mechanic in NJ. Told him the issue, and in less than 3 min (no exaggeration) he knew exactly what we needed and where to get it. When we told him the shop here in MD couldn't find the part he laughed. He told us I guess they've never heard of Amazon. We were going to NJ two days later & swung by to see our mechanic. He pulled up the part on Amazon. Told my husband exactly what to order and said if they couldn't figure it out after that to bring it back to him to fix. The part was $8 bucks! Just shy of $800 dollars later & our $8 dollar part procured via Amazon, the car was back on the road. He had the tire, which had a cut in it, replaced with my spare. I had to get another tire to replace and I asked him if I should by 2 tires but he told me no, just the one. After the funeral, I dropped the car back off and in a few hours the new tire was placed on the car and the spare back. I came across Goodyear, which was barely 0.5 miles away from AAA. I was greeted and welcomed by Felicia Finch, and I quickly got a new tire. I got rewarded by going to Goodyear because I got a free rubber valve stem. (This was due to me damaging its sensor.) I don't think I would have gotten a free tire part elseware. I recommend this store to anyone that wants a good tire service!

I scheduled an appointment yesterday for a headlight change today. I got to my appointment about a half hour early because I was running errands after work, and it didn't make sense to go back home only to turn around and come back out. But they were able to get me in before my scheduled appointment time and they were quick. They even did both headlights for me and only charged on labor for 1 of them. They also told me some other things I should get taken care of, but I didn't have time today so they scheduled me an appointment for this weekend. Super awesome staff and I can see myself coming here for car services.
