Called 3 times to make my contacts order. The team member end up emailing me their app with my contact order but the total cost due did not include my insurance benefits. After calling the office manager, the staff member finally called me today. As for billing, I had incurred a charge since last year and was constantly asked about paying it. I explained that there should not be a charge and to please explain what it's for. Finally after 13 months of the back and forth I received notification last week that it was a mistake and I don't owe you. Not sure I'll be back after all the hassle.

I was devastated not only with the horrible results of face-lift done by Dr.Perlman but the cancelation of my appointment that I know was untrue, Basically I was lied to because of not wanting to do the revision for me! When his nurse, Debbie, asked what I was hoping to have done, I showed her the two wrinkles between my eyebrows for Botox and then the 2 areas around my mouth for juviderm: I wanted the labial folds filled in and then a horizontal wrinkle along my chin line on either side. I've had these done before - one dose of Botox for eyebrow, one dose of Juviderm to fill out the wrinkles along chin line. Debbie proceeded to inject 2 doses of Botox in my forehead - missing the wrinkles between my brows. Then she injected 2 doses of Juviderm and told me I had to have another before I stopped her. $1,800 later, I have a forehead that looks like a Vulcan from Starship Enterprise. And I have noticeable bulges above my lip on the left side (she said the left needed more work) along with a fuller area on the left labial fold than the right side. I would never, ever go back to this place. They milk you for what they can. My feeling is that the staff is out to make extra bucks while the doctor is out. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

I called this office and receptionist made a big deal about verification of insurance and even asked for SS# on the phone, when as I had provided all the info from dental insurance card. We had 9:30 appointment, at 9:45 a female employee started cleaning and completed cleaning at 9.52; I was sitting and watching and realized that she was perhaps minimum wage employee on training and she told that there is no Fluoride in the stock. I strongly advise to stay away from Vivid Dental - I was stunned when she told us that you're done. This was my worst dental cleaning experience ever in last 30+ years. I need to report my insurance company and revoke this doctor' s license to hire and misled dental patients. Once again, beware of Vivid dental, do not waste your time and money visiting his office.
