They also do not have a "fall risk program" implemented which they have been cited for already. Same as the other review. Cedar Ridge claimed the facility my mom was at was a sh*t hole but this place was so awful her doctor urged her to call 911 and go to the nearest hospital. Do not send your family here. Only place closest to Belleville that I would recommend is Memorial Care Center. All these places have shitty employees but you'll find some good ones still at MCC. Grateful for all their help.

Then when I tried to get more visits authorized by the VA the office REFUSED TO REQUEST MORE VISITS. They say they won't bother because the VA has denied other patients more visits in the past. I wasted weeks making phone call after phone call trying to get more visits authorized, only to find out that the problem was with APG itself.
