When I paid $150 to have it set it up in 2019, it took under a year for the spokes to come loose the first time, with covid it was difficult to have them fixed but I did. They came loose again a year later in the midst of the shut down here in New York, I couldn't have them fixed again. Two kids later and the bike was just pulled out of storage to be serviced again. The bike has barely been used probably under 100 miles on it. The local bike shop owner said it was an obvious defect with them coming loose multiple times. I reached out to Tomasso, they said it was out of warranty, I was out of luck. US companies should stand by their products, especially when someone has barely used their product.

They also refused to send the shoes back to me as well. On top of that, the same exact shoes on amazon were significantly cheaper. I do not recommend this company due to the terrible exchange and return policy they claim to offer. This company is a scam.

Guys like Chad who listen first and then present alternatives to make the best choice for you, the customer - whether you're heading up Denali or chasing your kid into a snowbank. Chad got my Stockli skis remounted with the correct width binding, all set to go. Bentgate is now my "go to" mountain store, whether I stay in Boulder or relocate to Jackson or Driggs. Unfortunately I had a feeling it was beyond repair so returned the next day to store with jacket. The same guy was working along with store manager and attempted to locate my item in system but since it was older model Helly Hansen the sku was not able to be found right away. The store manager was extremely kind reassuring me it qualified for replacement just needed to be patient while he reached out for more information. Both at this location apologized for the wait and I explained was just grateful it was covered under warranty as I was about to toss jacket as a loss. The kindness and going above and beyond from each of these employees was a blessing. I occasionally visit Boulder to hangout with my friend and enjoy the scenery so don't mind the drive from Denver, but store manager said he could also communicate with the Denver location if easier for me. I just don't like hassle of dealing with parking downtown Denver so rather make trip to Boulder when time allows. While I do own a couple items from Helly Hansen as well as variety of products from other brands since Colorado is meant to explore the outdoors but after this experience I may need to rethink my shopping as the level of Customer Service was superb form these guys. There was a bit of a problem with the new bindings. Sam in the repair shop communicated some details that were a bit of a hinderance. The bindings needed to be moved a wee bit forward due to previous mountings. Sam's professionalism and excellent communication, the issues were resolved very in an excellent manner.
