However, there was one cashier working, in the entire store and dealing with return. I watched as five employees stood in a circle laughing and not helping anyone. One employee was alone at the epic pass counter and asked if she could help the lone cashier. She said no and looked away to ignore the problem. Finally, when the line was getting longer (by one person) the lady sitting down wondered over to front registers and motioned to check me out. When I asked it would have been nice if she would have helped me said, I was doing paperwork. By the way there were less than 15 customers in the entire store. This employee seemed annoyed to have had to get off her off her chair. Usually, this location has good customer service. I guess it won't be long before retail stores have self check out. It would be quicker and save the company some money. The Bike shop provided excellent service. They were friendly and happy to help. Thank you. The front of the store needs some retraining.

Both times I have been there the staff has spent the time with me to find the right fitting shoe, measuring my foot, talking through the trade-offs, then giving me time to try on several pairs and walk in them before deciding which to buy. Honestly pretty surprised by the customer service from this shop after I'd been a couple times and…read morepositive experiences. I brought in 2 bikes for tuneups and a new back wheel on one. I spent $500 at the shop and got both bikes back--everything seemed fine. I live nearby so I rode my bike home less than 10 min. The next day I noticed the tire was completely flat. I hadn't had a flat tire prior to coming into the shop; I didn't ride over any terrain that would likely be the cause of the flat. I brought the bike in just to see if someone could take a look at the tire--maybe something happened when it was put on the new wheel? The bike tech immediately adopted a condescending tone and said he wouldn't even look at it without charging me. He said since I rode it (only 10 min) that it was a certainty that I did something to puncture it. Essentially, he's so infallible that if anything goes wrong after his repair, there's a greater chance of the sun not rising tomorrow. Great attitude!

I've gotten my money's worth, but the quality sucks. Even though I had a protective cover, the shell started cracking after 1yr. Roofnest's support sent us the equivalent of "Tough-as-Nails" to seal it ourselves (as opposed to shipping it back for a replacement). So then I thought, to hell with the cover and I sprung to have it Line-X coated. Still it continued to crack. With spring here I want a replacement and I started looking at their competitors and landed on Freespirit. Although the build quality looks nice, I'll never know how it holds up because after a month (March 8th to April 8th) of dealing with their new sales person (I won't list names) and trying to buy one for myself, they have been playing games and pushed me to take my business elsewhere. I drove 2hrs there and 2hrs home to check out their showroom and products, I wanted to make a deal then and there but the salesperson said he couldn't without the owner. So then they started the back and forth via email (let me check with the owner) until the March 10% sale was over (so I missed that), then, he (salesperson) changed the purchase package to get me to pay for things that I didn't want and was not part of the agreed upon purchase. Ultimately I had to tell them I was no longer interested in dealing with their company. Of course no response to my pleasantly worded dissatisfaction. Wish I could get in touch with the owner directly to see if the problem is the salesperson, or company culture (but email and calls funnel through the sales person). If anyone questions the legitimacy of my claim I am happy to forward all email correspondence with their sales department.

They truly care about their customers and the community they are building. I had a couple long phone calls with them directly as I was deciding which rooftop tent to purchase. They understood I was preparing to make a large purchase and they patiently answered all of my questions and guided me through which tent would best suit my needs. They were kind enough to extend a bit of a discount to help with the initial cost since I was bundling a couple large items together (including an awning). I decided to go with the Evo 2! The tent and awning and accessories arrived quickly and with no issues. Install was easy enough. Every time I reached out via phone and email along the way, someone immediately answered or called back asap. I went on a few trips and within a couple trips, one of the pockets and the attic in the tent ripped off from the seams. I called them and explained what happened, they were so kind on the phone and apologetic, trying to find the quickest way to make this situation 'right'. They offered to send a replacement tent skin to me with no charge. They took my tent skin back to do some R&R and figuring out ways to improve that seam issue at the pocket! Josh (who I have been communicating with) just happened to be traveling near my home and offered to help me install it as well! during his vacation he took the time to help me install the new tent skin. During the install we chatted and I learned even more about FSR and the family and community they are building there. I am bought in for life, this company and the way they treat their customers is unmatched. Not even to mentioned how amazing the products are! (Which they absolutely are). I fell in love with one of their designs, but I wanted it customized with black embellishments. This was no problem at all, since they specialize in customizations, so I went ahead and ordered - they were pricey, but in my opinion it was completely worth it since their shoes are handcrafted and utterly gorgeous. From the moment I ordered, the shop was in constant communication with me, asking questions to make sure they got everything right and providing updates (including photos of the progress, which got me super excited because they were turning out to be stunning!) The shoes have now arrived, and they are absolutely perfect. If you put these next to a pair of bridal shoes from a high-end brand, I probably wouldn't be able to differentiate between them in terms of quality. They are a teensy bit big, but that's completely my fault, because they do offer a complimentary (I believe) "perfect fit" option where you send them your exact foot measurements. I was too lazy to do this, but in retrospect, I'd recommend it. All in all, I'm totally satisfied with my shoes and experience. Definitely, definitely check out Ellie Wren if you're looking for custom wedding shoes. They do offer in-person consultations if you live in the Denver area, but even if you don't, it shouldn't matter considering how awesome they were regardless of my never meeting them in person.
