He was super honest during the entire process and after originally quoting a vacuum job for the old product, he relayed that I didn't actually need it and saved me over $1000. He also explained to me how foam and blow-in worked and made some suggestions on how to get even more efficiency out of my heating/cooling systems specific to my old and "interesting" house. His helper, Jeremy, was an absolute gentleman and kept the place clean throughout the process. It's rare to find straight-shooters and honest workers these days, but I trust Chris and will recommend him to anyone that asks. It was a painless process for something I was dreading. Thank you so much. Come back by if you're ever in Terrell again and we'll have a beer!

There are not enough stars here. Robert Taylor of AAdvanced is several magnitudes better than 5…read moremeasly stars! Mr. Taylor inspected a house I am buying in the Dallas area, working long distance for me. I have never dealt with such an outstanding inspector, contractor, or anyone else having to do with the purchase or remodeling of a house. His report was incredibly thorough; and detailed enough to satisfy even me; and I like a *lot* of detail and thoroughness. Mr. Taylor made me feel as though I were his only client. He patiently talked to me on the phone about every aspect of his report. He wanted to make sure I understood every word and every picture. It took over an hour to discuss what he had found and not found at my new house. I did not feel rushed at all, as though he were anxious to get off the phone. In fact, he even suggested I call again after I had had time to mull over what we had talked about and to re-read the written report, in case something else cropped up that I had questions about. How rare is it that a business person would take such time with a client to make sure everything is understood perfectly? Pretty rare, folks. Mr. Taylor explained what needed to be done right away to make the house safe; what could be put off for a month or so while I got settled; and what could be wait-and-see. He also was kind enough to put me in touch with some folks to take care of repairs. If you have the opportunity to get on Mr. Taylor's schedule, jump at it! He's the best and deserves every one of the superlative reviews his work garners. *Very* highly recommend. mb
