The project manager is Erik, and he was very professional and kept us informed along the way. It took quite a while to persuade our insurance company to allow the claim, but 911 Exteriors - Roof presented the case extremely well. The new roof looks great, and I posted some pictures of before and after. Kimberley is wonderful in customer service and making sure we were completely satisfied at the end of the project. I highly recommend 911 Exteriors - Roof.

They replaced my neighbor's roof, but left a mess all over my yard. Both the team leader and the…read moremanager in the office promised they would get someone to clean it up, but they never did. I pulled a few dozen sharp roofing caps out of my yard and driveway - enough to puncture tires, damage a lawnmower, or injure my dog. They put tarps down on their client's yard to catch the mess, but couldn't be bothered to clean up the mess they left on a non-customer's lawn. I got tired of waiting for them, and cleaned it up myself. If you hire them, or even if your neighbors do, keep a sharp eye on your lawn after they're done.

I have an inbuilt distrust for contractors, and roofers especially. Many of the calls you get, or…read moreknocks on the door are folks that want to check out your roof. AM doesn't do that. Ben was referred to me by a friend who is quite meticulous. After a thorough inspection, I got a quote that was quite reasonable, and lower than a previous one I had gotten. They actually were available a day earlier than we had anticipated, and were prepared for them to show up very early. Sure enough, at 6:45 they were on site and ready to begin. Seven hours later, they were finished. They had an experienced crew of about 7 pros who got up there and fixed the issues, replacing decking as needed and gave us a roof that looked far better than the one that came original to the house. Additionally, they replaced the wind turbines and vent stacks. Finally, they painted all the stacks and chimney a nice grey to match the color of the shingles. Wow, it really looks great! Throughout the process, Ben kept me in the loop, and I was quite impressed. I can't wait to smile the next time the rains come down!

I hired ONR Renovations (Nisan Cohen) to build a second-story addition to my home. Despite paying…read moreover $115,000, the project remains incomplete after 5+ months. Communication has become nearly nonexistent, and what was delivered has been a disaster. And now, multiple licensed contractors are quoting over $60,000 just to finish what's left. The contract clearly stated that brick would be used on the exterior -- Nisan later tried to deny this despite it being in writing as an "honest mistake". I've now had multiple systems professionally inspected, and the findings are alarming: * Plumbing and HVAC are not up to code * It appears the work was done by an unlicensed handyman * Multiple violations that must now be redone, delaying occupancy and adding thousands in extra costs * never validated the licenses under the permit and kept lying to me for months that everything is on track. I had to go to the city to find out. Because of this company's dishonest, greedy and negligent practices, I've been forced to take legal action. I've lost money, time, and trust -- and I strongly warn others: do not hire ONR Renovations. Contractors like this make homeowners suffer while they hide behind excuses. This experience has been financially and emotionally exhausting.

Unfinished Work, Poor Craftsmanship, and a False Lien Threat…read more I hired Ybarra Professional Builders to complete work in my home, including renovating the upstairs bathroom. While the project was technically completed, the quality was completely unacceptable. The bathroom sink leaks, and the grout in both the shower and floor is already coming up. I brought in licensed professionals to inspect the issues, and they confirmed the floor was improperly installed and the sink was not installed correctly either. Despite these clear defects, the company has refused to return and fix the problems. To make matters worse, I just received a Notice of Intent to File a Mechanic's Lien claiming I owe them $16,016.00--which is outrageous and completely false. They included charges for services they never performed, such as: Cabinet resurfacing (they did nothing to my kitchen cabinets) Interior painting (they partially painted my living room, which I already paid for--and even that was incomplete) I've kept all of my receipts and documented what was paid. I paid for the bathroom remodel, but it was done poorly and without accountability. There is absolutely no way they did $16,000 worth of work in my home. This feels like a scare tactic to get paid for work they didn't do or didn't do correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind their work, and now I'm dealing with legal threats for charges that are clearly inflated and inaccurate. If you're considering using them--think twice and document everything. This experience has been stressful, costly, and incredibly disappointing.

Ybarra Professional Builders is a company that subcontracts jobs to multiple individuals without…read moretaking any responsibility for those jobs. I was approached by Ethan who was charismatic, personable and seemed to care about the project I was interested in. I wanted pavers on my driveway and a new concrete patio. Everything seemed to go well, perhaps taking a little longer than expected (but that was ok). The trouble started when the work was done. The ground settled and a tiny crack formed in the concrete. I contacted them in April to discuss the crack and puddling on the paver driveway. We got no response until May. Ethan finally said he would send someone to look at it. They came and within a couple of weeks two workers were here to fix the problems. Unfortunately, they made a bigger mess and eye sore than the original damage. I texted Ethan again with pictures of the "corrected" work and has since not heard from him or any representative from the Ybarra Professionals. I am very frustrated and disappointed that this happened. The only reason I am writing a public review is with the hope that Ybarra Professionals respond to my many calls and text messages.
