I had already talked to a few other plumbers who also had experience with these systems, but Matt's knowledge, responsiveness and fair pricing made him our clear top choice. We had been without hot water for two days while we tried to fix our old hot water heater, so we could not have been happier that Matt was willing to do what it took to reorder his schedule and install this new Navien tankless system for us the same day. Not only was he responsive, efficient and well priced, he also turned out to be a super nice guy. We give Williamson our highest recommendation--you won't be disappointed!

Most importantly, he stayed exactly within the price range he quoted me the day before and didn't overcharge me at all. Frank and his fellow technician did an outstanding job on a complex repair. They spent two hours meticulously removing old brass piping, draining the lines, and installing new copper piping. It involved soldering several elbow pieces to ensure everything fit perfectly both inside and outside the wall. The final setup looks amazing--it's clearly the work of pros. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Frank, the senior plumber, personally QA-checked all the soldering to ensure the job was done perfectly before they finished. They even took the time to clean up the entire workspace afterward. In the five years we've lived here in San Diego, this is hands-down the best plumbing contractor we've hired. If you need reliable, high-quality work, ask for Frank!

Had a sudden shower leak in an upstairs bathroom on a Sunday night. Water flooded our kitchen…read morethrough the ceiling .I called Carmel Valley Plumbing and spoke with Jeff Monday morning. Jeff came out immediately that morning, identified the leak and initiated repairs. Knowing we would have to file a claim with our homeowners insurance because of the moisture damage on both floors, Jeff then began to perform mitigation of the wet drywall in the bathroom and our downstairs kitchen. He was very efficient and took all the necessary photos and wrote up his report for submission to our insurance company to open a claim for reimbursement. Within about four hours everything was sealed off and dryers were in place for the next 72 hours. The entire time Jeff was in constant contact with myself and my wife Guiding us through the steps we needed to file our claim. He also worked with our insurance company adjuster. We were able to get 100% of our cost for repairs covered because of his effectiveness getting the proper documentation to our insurer. Without hesitation if I ever need any kind of plumbing work in the future, CARMEL Valley Plumbing is on my speed dial. I cannot recommend them enough. Honest, excellent service skills, straight shooter, very fair pricing. I had used Carmel Valley Plumbing once before in the past regarding a drop in water pressure to my house. A service rep from ASI Heating and Plumbing told me I had to cut a mainline and replace a shut-off and a pressure regulator valve. The estimate was almost $1500!. On a recommendation of a neighbor, I called CVP and Jeff came to my house. In 15 minutes he did an inspection of the lines and valves. Explain to me his in process the entire time. Jeff then went outside to the side of the house and turned open a water valve.....lo and behold my water pressure was back to normal again. Apparently our gardener or someone must have partially closed the valve. He saved me from a very expensive and unnecessary repair! More important to note is that Jeff did not charge me anything for his 15 minutes of time and his service call. That's the type of company Carmel Valley Plumbing is. High integrity and very fair. Later on I learned how many of my neighbors have used Carmel Valley Plumbing at their homes. All with the same positive results. In my opinion, you are taking your chances using anyone else

Moore Plumbing and Drains has provided plumbing support for my home in Escondido three times over…read morethe past 6-8 years and they have always done a top notch job, reasonably priced, and done what they said they would do.. Jordan deserves special mention since he has always been outstanding. I don't normally write reviews, but the emergency I had last Saturday afternoon is noteworthy. As I got ready to take a shower in a downstairs bathroom the washer upstairs drained explosively and put nearly an inch of water in the downstairs bathroom. And all three of my toilets added to the water. I called Moore and Meghan stayed assessed the situation and gave me her private number. She didn't have anyone available but did recommend another Plumber in our area. I called them and explained the situation, but by 4 AM Sunday still had no response. Meghan called back and when she heard we were still without toilets, she scheduled Jordan, who came out on a Sunday cleared my drains with their state of the art instument and drain camera and one toilet was working within less than two hours. He then repaired my other downstairs toiletk installing a new complex sealing gasket that he had to run out to a friend for the part on a Sunday. All that and a cheerful attitude and a very reasonable price considering it was a Sunday. Moore has competent staff who take their mission seriously and do not try to up sell or take advantage of an emergency. A 5 Star Rating is not enough. Jim W
