I work in the medical field and know mammogram is not necessary twice a year. I had breast surgery and stated I don't think I can have the mammogram machine squeezing my breast they told me they don't allowed to have only the ultrasound. Really? i call this NEGLIGENCE.

They made me feel comfortable. I had some issue moving and they just came to check on me and told me because I didn't even know I was. Fortunately, they were proactive and did not have the usual three reams of paperwork to fill out. The checked on my VA health care benefits and I ended up using another insurance as the path of least resistance but they gave me the number to call to get the VA thing squared away. This has got to be the closest to a small-town doctor's office of old that I could imagine. All family run, from the front desk to the nurse to the doc himself. They listened, they gave suggestions to help mitigate the discomfort. The only thing they couldn't do was speed up the recovery.....they can't control time. What they do do is respect your time. In and out in a jiffy but not rushed at all. They prove medical care shouldn't be an all-day affair. I left there feeling sick but knowing I was on the path to recovery. While I don't live there, I do visit, and if I need an MD I know the OneStop I am going to make and it is at One Stop Medical......Thanks. Definitely don't plan this during your lunch break unless you're prepared to be gone much longer than expected. If your doctor refers you there, I would strongly encourage you to ask for another option. There are other imaging centers that respect appointment times and their patients' schedules. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a clear disregard for people's time.

The front staff and techs all have taken care of me like no other. Kayla, Emily (both Emily's), and Lisa are all so friendly, warm, understanding and always puts the patients first. The facility is always super clean, modern, and upon walking in, I feel at ease. I always get super anxious doing my MRIs and everyone here makes you feel so comfortable and always attend to all of your needs. I feel super happy every time I leave the facility. My appointments are always on time. If you miss your appointment or late, they try their best to work with you and your schedule. Sometimes, there might be a wait (mostly my fault for being tardy lol) but it doesn't bother me at all. I understand as I've been to many appointments to treat my tumefactive multiple sclerosis, that sometimes especially in medical settings, the doctor, tech, nurse, etc. can run behind due to treating another patient, other issues, etc. And that's okay, it happens and you roll with it. At the end of the day, you want a facility that genuinely cares about you and here, they do. Speaking for myself but I've never had a problem with them answering the phones or receiving my reports. They've always came in pretty quick and all I need to do is send them an email to request them or pick up a CD. I plan to come here for as along as they have me! The staff are so friendly and attentive across the board from reception to technicians and the facility is bright, clean and inviting. I was taken back well before my appointment, the IV contrast line was put in without any issue, and they must have advanced equipment because the whole test took half the time it has in the past. The MRI techs are calming, funny, and professional so if I were a nervous type they'd have put me completely at ease. My insurance tells at me to use non-hospital facilities to save myself money but it's well worth it for the service and comfort you get here!
