In the wee hours of Saturday when I put my phone on charge, I realized my iPhone charging port was problematic.. I sent Grace a message and early Saturday morning (a few hours later) she responded to drop by as she would have a look at my phone. After testing it she diagnosed quickly that indeed it was the charging port needed to be replaced and was willing to do it then. I expressed to her my need to have my phone for the day and unfortunately I could not have it done right away. She quickly came up with an solution/option for me to go out and purchase a wireless charger to get me thru the next couple of days (she took time to search local businesses for wireless options for me - saving me time shopping around) and scheduled an appointment for me to drop my phone off this week for the charging port repair. Date of Visit: 11/17/18 I made a quick trip up North with a couple of friends and while there my laptop started acting wonky - would shut off and had trouble getting it to turn back on. Apex was extremely helpful at a time when no one else was. My Mac Book Pro recently crapped out. The iOS corrupted and the SSD failed meaning I needed an entirely new logic board installed before I could reinstall the iOS. I went to Apple West Ed, Apple Southgate, and West World Computers and none of them could help me fix my laptop. Apple stores kept trying to sell me a new laptop and didn't seem to care that I wanted to fix it. I did have to source the new logic board from the US, but Apex was able to take care of the rest. Asked Apex if they could replace the screen on my Apple Watch. Crystal was cracked. Apex completed the task in one day. The watch is fully functional. Cost for the repair was very reasonable, much less than what is charged by the Apple "professionals". Apex is located in Sherwood Park so very handy. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them regarding any issues with my IPhone or MacBook Pro.
