i gave this company 1 star as they did not follow my instructions on repairing my iMac. i needed my…read moredrive replaced & contacted mr geek. told them i would replace my OS myself as i had my system backed up.when tech showed up he couldn't repair computer as he didn't have proper tools to replace drive.he was told i had a desktop.had to take my computer to shop.they replaced drive as requested but proceeded to install an OS on the computer even though i had made it clear i didn't need this done.and then charged me for it.the OS they installed wasn't even the latest version.the tech they sent was a great computer geek but his boss needs to realize that I'm the customer which makes me the boss and as boss i would expect my instructions followed as per my instructions.
