I rate my experience a zero. RUN FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY. This place is horrible. I took my brand new at the time 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo to them to have the driver side doors repaired due to a Rent a Center driver taking out that side while parked in a parking lot. Well Apex kept my vehicle almost three months. kept getting the run around on when I could get my vehicle back. My rental car insurance ran out and I began to then call them every other day about my vehicle. Finally after all that time it was "ready". The vehicle I received was not mine. Mind you, only the two doors on the drivers side needed repair. My sexy front end was replaced. they dropped the front end, took out my fog lights, LED headlights the sleek ones and whole front end. I was furious. Gave me a hood that had a mark going straight down the middle. Total different color than my vehicle. when I asked Joe about it he told me oh that will wash off. Everything is 100% lifetime guarantee. I noticed my vehicle from the front, down the drivers side and the rear bumper had been changed. The color was darker than the other side of my vehicle. Total different vehicle. Drove home which was over an hour 1/2 away and heard rattling coming from the back . it was coming from the bumper area where the hitch was supposed to be. The automatic sensor underneath the bumper was not working to open the trunk. I called about that too. Same run around. You'll need to speak with Joe and he's not here right now but come by any day to bring it back so it can be looked at. Each time Joe was unavailable and when I did speak with him he assured me oh no we wouldn't do that. we wouldn't jeopardize our name. Yeah but you did sir. He said shoot by here anytime so we can take a look at it. I worked daily and lived over an hour and a 1/2 away so I would call before heading there and each time the person I needed to speak with wasn't there at the time. I couldn't waste my time or days from work to go that far not to get anything resolved. I'm highly upset. The back door work was horrible. Wavy dull looking door. The gas compartment had white dust all in it. I went to get an oil change at my usual spot and the guy says what happened. I told him and he says that's a dang shame and they didn't put your stickers back in the door jam. I called Joe about that, he apologized and said swing by anytime I got your stickers right here. Excuse me swing by... I am no where near you. I had to take off work to drive there so he could put the stickers in my door. At that time he tries to get me to believe all that I see and everyone who knew my vehicle was wrong. They didn't give me a whole different body on my vehicle. Half my car looks different color and year than the other side. The main features on the outside I liked they took. PISSED.... NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. read more
