LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!!!! I pinched a nerve in my lower back (between the vertebrae, and the pelvic bone) over the Labor Day weekend. By Monday i couldn't get off the floor, the pain was intense. Tuesday night i was up all night with shooting pains every 10-15 seconds, they got so bad i was almost in tears. First thing Wednesday morning, i had to get some help. I checked on Yelp, and found Apex. I texted them before they opened, and they got me an appointment for 10:30 that morning. I met with Dr. Colleen, took some x-rays and got my initial treatment. I was simply amazed at the improvement after 1 hour. I would say i felt about 70% better than when i walked in the door. Dr. Colleen is awesome, she is patient, kind and caring and does a great job taking care of my issues. After the first treatment, i went back on Friday for a 2nd follow up, with further improvement (by now, no more shooting pains, just some tight muscles)...I signed up for 8 more visits, the improvement is overwhelming, and still have 5 more visits to go. Cost was very reasonable (My United Healthcare PPO didn't cover anything), but would highly recommend them to everyone. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, the office is clean and well organized....Don't hesitate to give them a try with any back or pain issues, you'll be glad you did. I started coming here 2 months ago. In that time there's been a lot going on. The doctors have supported and guided me through with patience and understanding the entire time. They can tell when I'm stressed out and might need a little more than usual and they don't make it into a big problem. I had some pretty bad spinal issues (flat neck, lack of healthy curve to the lower back, clavicle being all kinds of messed up) and after getting xrays again, they've all improved immensely. Dr. Matt and Dr. Dane are awesome, the receptionist and office manager are awesome and so is the massage therapist I saw. And during this pandemic? They're so clean and they didn't have to adjust service too much (although they've started getting a little bit busier). I visited Apex for the first time today. They had an opening within an hour of my call, which was amazing because I desperately needed an adjustment. I was in so much pain. Dr. Colleen was GREAT! My neck was super tense, tender and inflamed but she was able to adjust me (thank goodness). I then did an acupuncture treatment which was sooo helpful. My range of motion was extremely limited when I got there and by the time I left, I could move my head from left to right without issue. I am so impressed and happy with the service. I had really sharp neck pain and couldn't figure out why. I tried biofreeze, theragun, and also stretching but nothing seemed to work. Well to begin with the receptionist was super friendly and was very easy to talk with even opened up a conversation with her as if we had met before which made me feel very comfortable.. Went in for a sciatica- lower back pain , after the X-ray was taken found out it was actually my pelvis that was twisted which was making my sciatica hurt.. Matt helped me and did my adjustment he was amazing and kept asking if I had any questions which I appreciated.
